MB sometimes DOES read comments. And I think he'll read ours.

So I was on the computer to around 11pm last night, on here, posting etc.
When I got off, I wasn't tired yet so I put on the second disc of Transformers, just to see how they made the movie and all, and I noticed something.

Michael Bay went onto some website about Transformers, and was reading comments. Some said "Damn you Michael Bay", "Michael Bay you reacked my childhood". And some Deaththreats.

So sometimes Michael Bay does read comments. He even went as far to change Megatron's face.

Since we are his beloved fans, I think he will read our posts and possibly make some changes to the movie by our needs.

(OT: I also noticed that when he was shooting the Mission City scenes, his shirt that said "Giant effing robots are coming" had the "effing" part editd out.)

the site I think he's referring to is "tfw2005.com". It's the official - unoffical fansite for everything Transformers. Roberto Orci even joined those forums and there was a question & answer post between him and fans for about 9 months when ROTF was shooting.That site has been up since '99 i believe. I've been trying to join the boards, but I just can't figure a way...i think one needs to be invited in order to be able to post on those forums..

But yaa, i do believe MB does read posts..if not him then someone in admin side which may forward him some insight.
I hope he reads this!

MB reads stuff here, he's replied before. He's just extremely busy, so replies are rare. And how often do we have a consensus anyway? It's just a few people's preferences. You can't bias a movie like that.

Well, no director, actor, producer, etc., can afford to totally ignore their fans. We are their bread and butter. No, they can't answer EVERY concern, but, never forget, we are their customers. Smart ones keep some ear on the pulse of their fan base.

I'd imagine it'd be pretty hard to keep track of all of these posts, especially considering the frantic "DO THIS MR BAY" posts popping up left and right.

I'd rather he did something that NOBODY on this board suggested.

He does listen to us~ Have you ever actually seen TRED and GFR? Those sites are human-moderated. By either Michael, or someone close to/employed by him. Also, Some of the artwork for TF2 was fan-made~ =D So, he obviously does listen to us. =3 Maybe he'll have even more fan imput in TF 3? I can only hope.... XD *glances at inbox*

Let's be realistic here. He is working on a new movie, which can easily consume 12-14, or even more hours of his day. He has social obligations, a real personal life, and numerous side projects he's considering.

Now, we post on here like mad. I miss a couple of days and I'm hopelessly behind. I don't think MB is blowing us off. I simply think he's too busy working with professional writers and technicians to browse every single "OMG NO UNYCROWN!" post.

Think about it... when is the last time he posted an actual response to a post? It was a while back, if I recall.

Besides, we always have Nelson here. Why would you want to put Nelson out of work?

I doubted he'll read post whose signatures are bigger then the post they are attached to.

Yes I did hear that he takes in a lot from his fans. After all we are paying to see his product. I saw ROTF 4 times in IMAX. I saw the first TF 5 times.

Sure he reads them. But back then when he used to engage in the topics but a lot of hecklers would come in and yell bad stuff. Look at what he said that I quote:"If you didn't have a chill seing Optimus Prime transform..." Haters are everywhere and to Mr. Bay if you ever see this message please use apply your ability on making Optimus cool not just on fights but aswell as making speeches with Sam.

Think Of Optimus as Mason and Sam as Goodspeed of The Rock.
