Kinda- they're both Apple products. But itouch has a touch screen instead of a mouse, and in addition to music, you can use the Internet etc. on them. And you can move things on the screen by turning and shaking the device.

When I had a better job, I gave my mom rent money. Can't afford to now, though she understands (and prolly hopes for the day I get another good job so she can start getting money again ;-) ).
