I'm wondering what's the info regarding on the back cover official bluray 2 disc from Target (Possible all different editions for RotF) that there's a:

"Dialogue has been changed from the theatrical version."

    http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_G96gxvrHqr...kagingBack.jpg

The text is above the "Rated: PG-13 box on the lower left. Would it be minor changes, maybe story driven or just snips here and there.

9 days away and looking forward to RotF on bluray.

If it's the addition of Bee's "What is your purpose Sam?" I'll be extremely happy.

Wow, I almost forgot about that part. I would love to see it reincorporated.

Here in Mexico they already have copies of the original and are selling are over. I WON'T buy it, but they were showing it in the begininning after the logos. It said it was 17,000 BC
In theaters, did it say 17,000 or 10,000 BC?

Has Bay indicated whether he prefers the regular or Imax version on BD?

blu-ray.com have a review up, gonna read it now. thought I'd let u's know.

No mention of IMAX scenes opening up so that should clear it up as far as the normal release goes

    Yeah, thanks.

The review - well, just another critic blasting the movie. But at least he was able to admit that "...the man ( Bay ) is a talented filmmaker and knows how to put together a movie that people want to see..."

I have become so disgusted with film critics. I once had a theater professor who was fond of saying: "Critics are the acne on the neck of life." I finally fully see that for the truth it is.

the critic review on that site means nothing, its obviously going to sell regardless because of the uber amounts of extras and audio/video quality. The man just wasted his time giving it a review like that cuz it's not going to mean anything at the end of the day

I'm tired of the bad reviews too, but that reviewer was 10000% when he was talking about the awful comic relief, it almost took over the movie.

I have no problem with the comic relief.

And I'm not surprised at all because I clearly remember 2007 and the reviews back then ( in 2009, same complaints all over again ). The critics were calling Jazz "the next Jar Jar Binks", they are doing the same thing now with the Twins. They were constantly complaining about Turturro's performance in the first one ( if I recall correctly one critic called Simmons "the worst character ever" ) and of course they didn't like the humor.

I mean Bay himself said it, "...they ( the critics ) killed the first one, and it still became a world-wide smash.."

And Bot Girl was right - "Critics are the acne on the neck of life"

On top of that, they're all extremely predictable.

I think Rogers, in their attempt to do this big ROTF DVD release promo, should have found a better quote for their magazine cover than "BIGGER, LONGER & LOUDER than its predecessor."
    "to punish and enslave"

They do a comparison of the DVD and Blu Ray. I'm surprised that they didn't pick up on the oddity that, according to the runtimes listed on the page, the Blu Ray is over a minute longer than the DVD.

Hmmm I wonder since we're only getting a couple Deleted scenes, if we will get the same treatment as TFTM with the added Deleted scenes at a later date whether than all at once, Btw i just got a Blu-Ray Player For ROTF's Release, and was wondering, when i bought the Blu-ray release of the dirst movie it had a sticker with something about new deleted scenes as well as a look at ROTF, and i cant find where it is i checked BD-Live, and nothing about extra deleted scenes at all. Anyone know what the deal is with it? Anyways cant wait for ROTF Dvd Release Going to walmart at midnight and getting the big screen edition on Blu-Ray, then if my best buy has the midnight release for it i'll go straight over there from wal-mart and buy their exclusive set, and i just ordered the Signed DVD Copy of ROTF From here, i went with the DVD so i could actually watch it in my room since the blu-ray player is in the living room for the kids and the rest of the family. So i'll be Really happy if someone will be kind enough to help me with the Extra Deleted scenes Thanks all.

Just pre-ordered my Blu-ray from Playusa.com, I don't wanna wait another month to get the Italian version (besides, I hate the crappy dubbing...).
BTW, I've just seen a package review on youtube, it's all true about the changed dialogues and the new PG13 rating

Well they havent added any dialogue, which depending on how you look at it, is good, or bad news, i.... well i just dont know what to think i suppose its a tad better in some ways and bad in others oh well, Btw whats this about a new pg-13 rating? i heard about the dialogue, but not anything about a new PG13 Rating, If you would be so kind as to explain to me what it means it'd be very much appreciated, so thanks
