You know, I was actually thinking about this yesterday. If there is one project that can bring Jerry Bruckheimer and Michael Bay back together, it's Bad Boys III.

Hopefully get Will out of his seriously too serious roles. Damn!

Yep, same here. Before Transformers came along, Bad Boys 2 was my favorite movie from Michael Bay. It's got a great cast and hilarious characters. Captain Howard is my favorite. One of my favorite characters to boot.

    Tell me about it.

I love Captain Howard, especially in "Bad Boys II".

Here's a little reminder why this character is so interesting ( to say the least ) :

If Michael bay is gonna have a break between ROTF and Tf3, then BB3 should be the movie.

Michael hasn't directed any hard core nudity yet, so I think BB3 should his debut for that.

He xcould even do a shot of Marcus doing something with a Optimus Prime figure! :lol

    From THR:
'Bad Boys 3' in the works

The hope is to have a script that would reunite director Michael Bay, producer Jerry Bruckheimer and stars Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. At this point, with the project in the early stages, none has a deal to return.

The "Boys" movies feature Smith and Lawrence as Miami detectives Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett, caught up in cases involving car chases and explosions.

The first "Boys," released in 1995, helped launch Bay as a director and Smith as an action star even though it was not a fire-stamped blockbuster -- it grossed $66 million domestically and $141 million worldwide.

The sequel, released in 2003 when Bay and Smith's stars had risen, grossed $138 million domestically and $273 million worldwide.

All parties have expressed a willingness to return if a story can be hammered out. One potential hurdle, however, would be the costly deals with the players.

Craig, repped by CAA and Management 360, co-wrote "The Town," which Ben Affleck is directing for Warner Bros. and which shoots in Boston next month. He is adapting anime "Cowboy Bebop" for 20th Century Fox and Keanu Reeves.

Bay made eighty MILLION dollars on the TF2 film alone and Will Smith has at least 25 projects currently in development soooo... good luck with that.

    Tell me about it.

I really don't think that we will see the original crew back...and in my opinion, you simply can't top "Bad Boys II".

MB has so much on his plate I don't think he'd be able to start it til... 2012 or so.

Don't say that! We need to have the movie on DVD and Blu Ray before the Myan Apocalypse happens on December 21st! I need it for my DVD collection in my fallout bunker!

With the latter MTV Movie Awards it had with an interview somewhat said of it….Perhaps no notion whether it considers it or not. The poor falls soon apart…

I was wondering... since Y2K never destroyed us, and the 1999 Nostradamus shot never happened... once 2012 comes and goes, when is our next slated apocalypse date?

Like I've said before, the only Armageddon we'll be talking about after 2012 is the one that finally comes to Blu-Ray that week, in anamorphic no less.

As much as I would love another "The gang's all here", until Bay or Brucks say otherwise, I won't get too hyped up.

Also joking, if the end comes and I'm worrying about a movie, someone slap me!

I won't slap you, because your absolutely right. We should worry about what movies we're going to have when the end comes. I don't want to have to sit in my bunker for the next 50 years bored out of my mind.

I have a question for you guys - what would you prefer, "Bad Boys III" or "Men in Black III" ?
I'm asking because the last MIB was only 88 minutes long and in my opinion there's much more to be seen.

While the last Bad Boys was over two hours long and I was more than happy with what I got and to be honest with you, I don't really think that we need a third one.

Anyway, my vote goes to MIB.

    Feel free to disagree.

    Ban him
I've always defended Michael Bay against attacks that his films are full of stupid explosions, girls in underwear and mindless characters... but then he made Transformers 2 and I conceded...
