What i wish to see in Transformers 3

i had a vision of cybertron looking a lot like earth does now before the autobot and decepticon war ravaged it

rolling meddows, blue seas, spiky jutting spires like in tf1 and massive robots duking it out

i believe some transformers were added because the fans wanted them and then they ended up crap. like the constructicons/devistator and soundwave, imo, they didnt have the same affect as if they were added in as part of a story, not because of massive nerd rage if they wernt,

Your joking right? Autobots arrive on earth, following OP's transmission that was sent out (back in TF1) and you don't think that brings anything new? Any characters mentioned in these posts brings growth, tension and development to the existing story-line and also demonstrates how situations that arrise are handled by humans, autobots and decepticons.

I think Ultra Magnus, actually any new Autobot brought into the story, would make the story better. How could it not?

I remember the writers mentioned something about the Dinobots before the second movie so I'm sure they will think about including a dinobot or mention them for future movies.

I don't know if anyone has already posted this for TF3, but I would like see Peter Cullen in a cameo role as Optimus' Holoform I think Trail mentioned this on many posts leading up to TF2 - I don't know if they did do it and cut it out of the cinema release though. Anyhow I think Peter Cullen should have his little cameo on the Big Screen.

I dont think im being capable of making my point clear. My fault, sorry. What im trying to say is that in the first movie each and every autobot had a reason for being there. Each had a specific role to play in the story. OP:Leader, Ratchet:Medic, Ironhide: Arms, Jazz: second in comand, Bumblebee: mediator between humans and autobots.

In the second movie that didnt happen. You see autobots put in place to fill in ranks and get killed like Arcee. You see Sideswipe whose whole participation in the movie is what you see in the trailers.

I mean, i can understand the Soundwave perdicament. I know hes a character everyone wants to see in battle, but hes a comunications specialist. His place is where the info is. Thats his participation in the story and thats what make it realistic. You remeber those old vietnam movies where you had the guys with the big guns fighting and then you had the skinny guy with the little gun that carried the massive radio? Thats soundwave in a nutshell. that his job in the war. Its like wanting Shockwave to fight when you know his biggest participation is in the experimentation labs. that how his character would best contribute to the over all story.

but ultra magnus would be a good one to add, i mean he is/was in the animated move and so on an armoured car transport, but im sure a peterbuilt with car transporter trailer would make a good one. cab as torso and arms, trailer as legs :P

and before you say the exact mass and that, remember this: Where does Ironhide's massive guns go to? :P

You know, ultra magnus could be brought on as the leader of a specilized military force of the autobots (likes Seals or Rangers if you will). I seem to remember he had that kind of perfect soldier demeaner. But the side of him that was a self-doubting leader i would drop.

- a real deep characterization story of both factions, where we only got a glimps to see in TF1 and TF2 (yeah, I know, it ain't Shakespear...)
- Arcee, Elita-1 and Moonracer
- Soundwave wreaking havoc with his internal sound weapons!
- Bumblebee should be ok again and able to speak
- Peter Cullen Cameo as Prime's driver
- more and funny bickering between Megatron and Starscream
- please more dialog for the Autobot TEAM(!), not only Rachet delivering a one-liner

i actually liked the idea that bumblebee can only talk through his radio, and i was sad that he spoke at the end of tf1.

Isn't Bumblebee fine though? I mean there’s nothing wrong with his voice right? he's just choosing to use the radio instead of talking. Sam even says at the beginning in the garage that Bee is "Playing it up". I actually like him using the radio to communicate. Imo, it wouldn't be fully Bumblebee if he didn't talk through the radio.

11. A little more serious, you got the most intense action sequences ever put on camera, but then you have childish humor with robots that are only serious when they are killing eachother.

What i want to see in T3.is seriousness.. I wanna have the same feeling that i had in the first movie.

* I want to feel that the movie is real.. Not for kids..
* No sex or whatsoever.
* Dont just put every idea you have into the movie.
* Dont take any autobot to fight into a desert again. Because the CGI's gonna suck.
* I want the decepticons to have some color.
* I love John Turturro but, He's like a joke. You dont keep saying it over and over and expecting people to laugh. So i hope he wont be in the movie. Or at least not to give him an on the field roll.. Kinda like first movie.
* No unicron.
* And i want MB to push on megan and shia like the first movie.. Becuase in T2 the acting really really sucked.
* I'd love to see Jon Voight again in T3. Because the man makes the movie more serious.
* I'd love to see Leo again. But with a more serious role.
* MB was in a hurry when he realsed T2.. And we saw the results. And most of the times people learn from their mistakes. So i hope Mr MB does.
* Dont put Optimus on steroids again.
* I didnt get to see Sideways in a robot mode... Only while he was transformering.. So id hope that wont happen with another robot.
* In transformers 2007.. MB focused on the Autobots.. In Transformers 2.. He focused on the Decepticons.. I Arcee had one line.. Ratchet had 3 or 4... So give the boys a lil chance...
* I hope some fight scenes are taken into space..
* Maybe we get some flashbacks about the transformers history.. A war happened on Earth or something like that...



I was heart broken with Transformers Revenge Of The Fallen.. So id be very happy if Mr MB makes people around me shut up when i tell them how Transformers 3 rocked.

i hated the idea about the pretenders. And yes, the decepticons shouldnt be searching or hunting for anything anymore, it will just be the same thing over and over again.

Doesnt anyone realise that it isnt't the writer's or Bays fault for the rush of ROTF? IT was primarily because of the writer's strike. Bay was taking a PAGE of the script every day and shooting it while Bob and Orci were locked up in a hotel writing. That is not going to be the issue this time arround - I hope. Writer's strike isnt going to happen. From what I can feel, THEY know the feedback which comes back from all of us. Thats why there is the forums, so we can give our opinions and thoughts of how they can make it better. So what to do?

PLAN, PLAN PLAN. dont rush anything, carefully think out the plot and give the TRANSFORMERS lots of character development. We ALL didnt come from the cartoon era, so wee need a little backround. listn to the fans and PLAN SOME MORE. SERIOUS MOVIE. Like the above post, show that its SERIOUS and NOT for kids only.
Give it the same MAGIC of first TRANSFORMERS - like ARRIVAL TO EARTH. SOMETHING MAGICAL and new.

IF UNICRON IS GOING TO BE IN IT....BE VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL!!! Just on paper it sounds like a very easy idea to screw up.

And ast but not least....serious movie. Cut out all the Sex/vulgor humour that TF2 had.
