What i wish to see in Transformers 3

Honestly with all the negative energy towards the new film what makes you think there will be a third and some one explain how the dino bots will work ...you all will just bash them when you see them on the big screen any way!!!!! transformers 2 is now the 5th biggest opening of all time. so that is definitely a go signal for another sequel. it's dollars that approve sequels not braindead critics.

3.No Dinobots (I hated em as a kid hated they were so dumb)
4. Maybe Unicron, i think it could be cool

unicron will not be complete without primus. transformers 3 is a perfect opportunity to explore that origin story.

I want to see the Decepticons win one. Catering to the audience in letting the good guys win all the time is just so typical Hollywood. I thought this one would be different, because when you name a movie like it's the revenge of the bad guys, you're kinda implying they're going to actually win this round.

This franchise needs an "Empire Strikes Back", where even though the good guys live to fight another day, it's a movie the bad guys have well and truly won. You want to have people coming out of the cinemas with shocked expressions on their faces, going "oh my god, what are they going to do, i can't wait for the next one".

It's such a powerful way to get the audience caring about the characters, and about what happens, that it's such a pity they're almost too afraid to go there. Think about it, every time you care about the heroic good guys the most, it's when bad things have happened to them. Bumblebee getting his legs shot off in the first movie, and then Prime dying in the second.

Speaking of which, they need to stop killing and resurrecting leaders too. Both Megatron and Optimus have now died and been resurrected. That's getting a bit old.

Characters like Ironhide and Ratchet deserve a lot more screentime. They are well due. Newcomers to the series like the Twins and Wheelie should have taken a back seat, rather than, for some reason, having been put centrestage. They're not characters you could come to care for anyway, because almost every time they were used for humour it was at their expense.

When I think of the fabulous new characters such as Sideswipe and Arcee that were introduced so well and then literally forgotten, it makes me shake my head. What a terrible waste.

I also really want Steve Jablonsky to once again do the score. His work is second-to-none.

I like Michael Bay as a director, I really do, nobody does the action like he does, but I do think he has too much power out there on the playing field. A lot of the stuff, like the Twins, Wheelie, Devastator's Balls, I think a lot of that is his doing.

None of that is necessarily bad, as such, and I respect MB for having the balls to do it the way he wants, but when I see silly things like that I can't help thinking about what might have been.

maybe diego garcia can be fortified to resemble metroplex. but it's going to be useless if there's no major battle scene taking place over there. the decepticons need a good reason to attack metroplex for a major battle to take place. maybe the screenwriters came come up with something. a stationary fortress is useless if they go around all over the world to fight decepticons.

primus and unicron fight one another in outerspace. primus brings in the autobots and unicron brings in the decepticons using the space bridge. the humans tag along in an outerspace epic battle. the story will take place in outerspace just like how it happened in the transformers: the movie (80s animation)

How about a storyline that does not include optimus prime murdering decepticons or robot scrotum or just a storyline.

I'm all about a third... with the stage set now it can focus more on the Robots but what about the Dino bots... how would it work?... it easier to pull things off in a cartoon but in alive action it might be hard to have them written in....

I want to see Autobot city/Metroplex. The Autobots really need their own base on earth.

No. Transformers3 must be really darker, a lot darker, it must be violent horror-style pushing the envelope further and introduce new threats that can't be so easily stopped by Autobots and militaries.

So, the idea of an alive city being a Transformer is a very good idea BUT it must be a Decepticon! And the city must be populated by thousands of Pretenders hidden among normal humans.... The feeling must be similar to the Dark City movie. All possible jokes in such a situation from characters must appear toned down and caused by them being scared to death.
Pretenders must capture and use humans living in the city for experiments.. replace some of them using their skin as a cover up. Since it must be a PG-13 movie it's not needed to show all the blood and people getting cut to pieces fully but still some blood and maybe most cruel and violent shots of the Decepticon experiments could be seen thru the use of shadows on a wall or the most cruel parts of the scenes filmed from behind a dirty glass and so on.. But that kind of thing is needed for Transformers3. Such a concept would work perfectly for the movie and feature something new that many sci-fi horror movies weren't able to deliver correctly due to their cheapness and bad directors.

And then having the Decepticon city moving parts of the buildings all of a sudden.. make people disappear.. killing people.. things like that.
Scenes featuring militaries and Autobots getting trapped in the city, unable to escape.. unable to move.. that kind of scenes.. would give Transformers3 a stronger plot and viewers would fear Decepticons more than what is given on the first two movies. Such a sense of horror and being trapped must last at least a good 40-50minutes in the movie.. the city must be a real threat and a mistery.. Autobots and militaries should only happen to find out some Pretenders there and not understand that there is an horde of Pretenders among the population.. and with no devices able to detect their presence hidden by living human tissue modified to not let radiations getting out of the skin and so no way to detect them.

Then at a point in the movie the city being attacked by more militaries and Autobots in search for the trapped ones would end up transforming itself into a huge like never seen before robot form, killing millions of people living inside it... Obviously only at the last moment militaries and other characters would figure out that the city is alive...
Having Mikaela, Sam and maybe Leo with Bumblebee arriving in the city for other reasons and unaware of military and other Autobots operations there would be a very complex and strong plot for at least the first part of the movie.
At the same time two bigger threats must be approaching planet Earth... Quintessons and Unicron.... Unicron being featured in the last part of the movie mainly.. the Quintessons threat appearing slowly and at the same time as viewers follow what is happening in the giant Decepticon city along with all the military and Autobots operations/scenes.
There is time before they will have a final script, I will try to detail my ideas further. I never wrote fanfics, I just love the Transformers universe and I think that my ideas might help the production in creating a Transformers3 movie able to feel fresh and new with a strong adult dark plot still being PG-13.

i definitely like to see more pretenders. maybe some guy trying to hit on mikaela and he turns out to be a pretender.

I would like to see more "Higher Up" Shots. We get a lot of robots from ground level, which gives a human perspective... but I would like to see more of a transformers perspective.

that sounds great, in tf1, the first time we see optimus prime, he transforms in front of mikaela and sam when they first meet. there's a shot coming from optimus' head looking down at same and mikaela, that looked like a cool shot. next time we need to see a shot of a transformer head pov while on a chase scene, it looks scary and exciting. i hope michael bay tries to do a shot like that.
