What the hell are we talking about? Porn?

It fits them. Kids will laugh or don't understand depending of the age.

Do you really take kids out due to the Alice scene, the mom on drugs gag and the wheelie joke? That would be something hard to understand for me.

This proves Nelson's earlier speculation that you can not base the general audiences reaction off the internet because One guy can skew results by creating multiple accounts...interesting ....I might just call 1000 random households to get actual results ....

And if you want to get biblical, murder violates one of the ten commandments. Vulgar language, with only one exception, does not.

Again, values are confused here, and I doubt you have any compelling evidence to prove otherwise.

And as Nelson said... it's NOT a kids movie... or else it'd be G or PG. Did Bay ever call it a kids movie? The writers? Paramount? Dreamworks? It was a kids movie in 1985. Different time, different people. It isn't now.

ok dude.. are you for real? i can disprove everything you said about the bible. quoted from an actual bible ... but you did get one of the 10 commandments right. kudos! start a topic and link this to it and we can discuss that elsewhere if you are ready for some knowledge... if not, then just talk crazy junk about me and never open your mind up. but i dont wanna talk about that too much in this topic because i might just get banned. hah! this is my only account though......

its not a kids movie? it is PG bro. PG-13 is still PG. yea its not ICE AGE 3 PG, but its stil PG. PG means parental guidance... what do you need parents for?!?!? kids! check out this link :

    http://www.mpaa.org/flmrat_ratings.asp

    and i quote:

"The rating simply signals that the content is appropriate only for an adult audience. An NC-17 rating can be based on violence, sex, aberrational behavior, drug abuse or any other element that most parents would consider too strong and therefore off-limits for viewing by their children."

to EVERYONE that says "this is not a kids movie" then tell me why it didnt get the NC-17 rating? and generally speaking... if you are under 17 then you still a kid...child...whatever you wanna call it. the movie was mass marketed for kids.... MASS marketed. thats how they are gonna make their money is off the kids stuff. even wingzero said that MB said that the twins were in there for the kids. why? because he knew the theater was gonna be full of them lol.

this is what it all boils down too.... Devastator got the shaft! i mean the first ever 6 robots into one transformer in a big budget film! i couldnt wait to see it... ok he's forming into devastator...saw that in the previews....there has got to be more......fighting the twins...ok saw that in the previews.......climbing the pyramid....saw THAT in the previews.....get hits with a blast from a rail gun on a battleship. DIDNT see that on the previews.... then he just disappears. dont forget TONS of useless army men footage inbetween all those scenes i saw in the previews.... RIP to my shattered devastator dreams :'( the truth has finally come out. hah! glad i got that off my chest.

Then do it. What do I know, with a silly college education and a ton of knowledge from working with chaplains? Give it your best shot or STFU and back off.

Actually Drake got both his comments on the 10 commandments right. The first is "thou shall not kill" and the other is "thou shall not take the Lord's name in vain" and I believe the curse he is referring to is "God damn".

Also, when I made my comments to Drake trying to help him understand where the messed up American value system comes from I was referring to events in actual history NOT the bible. I've actually found God is more forgiving than religion is.

Um... the only sex in history (so not going into the bible) has be repressed sex, as in its dirty and disgusting and so is the human body and its not a topic that should be discussed because it means we are not better than animals, blah, blah, blah (and all that BS).

We, as Americans, hadn't really allowed sexual awareness, much less publicly, until the sexual revolution of the 60s. And we still have issues with sex, the repression is too ingrained in the American Culture. That's why some who are seeing this are finding it soooo offensive.

As for war, the common man's perception of a soldier's death, especially at a time of war, is a noble death. Its sad and horrible to lose a life but the death was in the pursuit of a noble cause, and in this movie its the cause of protecting the whole human race from outside destruction. As for the death of civilians caught in the crossfire, they become the martyrs for the cause. Yes its a very delusional view.

Thats why so many of these people aren't seeing what you see or valuing life like you. You, as a soldier, have seen what war really means. So that changes your value system in comparison to those that see war thru rose colored glasses. Trust me I feel your frustration. I feel like finding some of these people and punching them in the nose then asking them if they find that more acceptable than if I just flipping them the bird and told them to F**k Off. ( Nelson I'm not referring to you)

Hope you had a good furlow, Drake

If it's a good movie, the sound could go off and the audience would still have a perfectly clear idea of what was going on.

I was waiting for more from this film. It turned out perfect. But the film could be better.
I have my own comment on this film, but it is in Russian (I live in Russia). Can I write it here?

    Red face Re: Verdict

    Once again want revenge?
«Perhaps after viewing the" second "Transformers" ». Then there is this dependence, dependence on an incredibly colorful spectacle that is taking place on the screen. Believe me. looking at this picture once, it will certainly want to review again!
Michael Bay made that all were waiting for him, he made a masterpiece, a sample of this bezbashennogo action. «
These were the emotions, and now all in order:

Let many say that the film weak plot, let these people just do not go there when the bought a ticket to battle giant robots, they probably went to the drama. can be in movies, where you can find meaning, but not the second «Transformers». When you go to a movie, you need to adjust only for action and nothing but him, because this movie for me so far is the brightest and most spectacular example of this genre and that he just did not taut plot, it does not spoil, otherwise, they think, but would not receive porridge of drama and explosions? The director is not a mistake nor gram, putting in the dish and explosions, and drama.
If the movie would have been placed on stencil as Adrenalin 2, for example, it would simply be uninteresting to watch, it would be allocated and cut the eyes, but here we just see a great sequel that surpassed the first part. Two parts are quite different and can not get one for a friend, this is two different stories!

Undoubtedly, the jokes became even more, they now occupy pride of place in dozens of «business cards» of this film, although some were a bit silly, and went, however, at some moments of laughter from the room vomiting.

About the actors think the game is to say thanks a separate word - «Fantastic!». Actors played so naturally, largely thanks to them you instantly enter the atmosphere, which for the time the film is changing rapidly. I do not know how to play with a broken arm, but Shaya LaBaf cope with the role even better than the first part of the movie - even I could not fault his game and the emotions - «Bravo!«
Megan Fox has been a girl of Sam's just fine, as well as for the rest of the actor's team, her game is never in doubt - 10 of 10!
Cast «told» with the audience - is the highest score!

Camera work is certainly worthy of Oscar. The feeling that you are on the battlefield Avtobotov Desiptikonov and unforgettable. Operators reduced the sharpness of the very special and did not give the eye tired of the constant action on the screen - of course - 10 out of 10!

The sound in the film - there now seemed to me a problem. Sometimes the music to appear where it would not have to and because of that she tore the dialogue director, actors with the audience - this is perhaps the biggest promashka in the film, but in general the background you can not miss.
In general, grinding metal and the iron familiar thud just rush into your soul and tore it!
And of course thanks to Steve Yablonska for the incredible music for the film (as he always is perfect!)
Pecnya Linkin Park land in point of the movie themes, if the first part was the point, it was as if the message vzyvanie great race of people, to stop. in this part of a slaughterhouse, and music, all this highlights - 10 of 10!

And for most taste - special effects. In referring to them in this movie, this word should be written with a capital letter, because what was happening on the screen can not be described as the most explosive spectacle «Cinema XXI century». Maybe someone will say that there are too many explosions and did not understand in places, the answer these people, one from me - you do not buy a ticket to the cinema. What you saw in the first part was a small fraction of. that is, in the second. Enjoy an unforgettable sight! - 10 out of 10!

I saw Transformers, solely as the trilogy, because - it even sounds powerful! So wish Michael Beyu zababahat we have hit a high removal of brain and blow up the planet new Transformers III

P.S Do you still sit and read reviews? Then running in the cinema

That's nice. Virtually all of those "mistakes" go unnoticed by 99% of the audience. I was reading the list, and they're so minor it's hilarious. "OH NO THE BANDAGE ISN'T ON HIS HAND IN THAT SCENE!"

Simply put: Amazing. One of my best, favourite movies of ALL time. I am stunned at the coolness of the movie. Makes you feel like your a kid again.

And all those guys that are hating this movie...I know why...you have forgotten what it is like to be 7 years old. You have lost the inner child in you.

You should go back to Never land and be a lost boy again for a while so you can remember, cause at the moment you have become like a Pirate serving Captain Hook! Hehe.... It's funny cause they say Neverland makes you forget, but it seems to some people being an adult too long also makes you forget. Be a child again...remember where you came form! Stop whining and complaining and simply enjoy life! Stop growing up! Hehe!

Anyways, Thanks again Mr. Bay! Epic movie!

I actually like when movies make minor mistakes. Especially Michael Bays where I know I'm going to watch the thing 20 times. Every time I watch it I notice something new

It's not a mistake, but I noticed this third time around, that in the forest battle scene when OP rips off Starscreams arm, you can hear Starscream yelling "My arm! My arm!" I started laughing, but I loved it!
Part of the fun in watching films like this one over and over, is finding & noticing things you missed every other time.

I've seen it three times and each time I see something cool I missed before.....and I still enjoy the movie....mistakes and all. (though most of those mistakes are very minor.) It's the bigger plot holes that are really the only ones worth mentioning. (and I don't really care about those either)
