Roger Ebert Went From Love To Hate

So I just read Ebert's review he loved the first one but absolutely hates this one hmmm is that bad. I thought critics didn't effect me but wow he rips the movie to shreds anyone who saw it can you tell me if you liked it? Also was the first movie met with this much negative response at the beginning?

Action is good (although most of last battle was sorta lame), just can't believe how irresponsibly underdeveloped the autobots/decepticons are in this one...believe it or not, the first one had more considerate inter-robot dialogue.

If I remember rightly Ebert didn't like the final battle scene in the first one. Seeing as this one is full of this type of action not suprising this isn't his cup of tea.

I really enjoyed it, but I am a sucker for pure action, violence and explosions. It was definitely a step up from the first film in regards to that.

take out the bad and it's a great movie but you can't take out the script lol

Can u guys remember ur first fight---arrogant--- don't give an eff attitude? Is the fighting scenes like that--- Meg is pissed--- the fallen is pissed--- BB is emotional -- iron hide wanna fcuk all decepticons up---what don't the critics like? Nelson said in a post that they can't make up their damn mind--- are the guys from Warner bros.. Harry potter lovers?...I would watch the movie 50 times even if they just had transformers speaking in cybertronian language--- now ---critics of earth, it appears to me that ur minds are limited to what revenge of cybertronian should be like--don't get confused with ur BB (Benjamin button) and our BB (bumblebee)--- its a fantacy movie--- kids dream "come to life"--- before you bash the movie-- ask ur 6 yr olds and fans if it was worth the $$$$ -- if this movie was a new car- it woud have cost 2 million to own--Michael made one of my childhood toy come to life on the big screen and I thank him for his hard work and dedication---

Leave the critics alone! Just because most of them gave it bad a review doesn't mean they're assholes. They're just stating their own opinion about a film. Thats it. They don't hate it on purpose so they can hurt the fans. They're just giving their honest opinion about how they feel about a film.

Each one of us have our own unique taste in movies.
We all have different opinions.
Some movies we like, Some movies we hate.

Some of you might hate/bash certain movies as well, but that doesn't mean you guys are assholes does it?

I think we all learned something from this thread it doesn't matter if someone disagrees with you they can still be your friend. All we have to do it meet up and make friendship bracelets. Than all the world leaders will be friends and stop fighting. Haha but seriously let's all relax this is just movie everyone's getting so worked up because they've been following this thing for a couple years now. Anyway I've learned to relax this is just a movie and if you really need some reassurance go view blunty's review of Revenge of The Fallen it helped me. There are a few spoilers though just mute or skip them.

You don't have to agree with them but it's not like this critics attack Michael personally (well sometimes) just his films so why don't we just disagree with their reviews and stop getting a little carried away.

I'm just saying don't take it all personal when a critic has his own opinion about a movie. You shouldn't bash someone just because they have a different opinion to yours.

Like i said. Theres more important things to worry about than a critic hating a movie.
