Back from Moscow. Fresh from a visit to the former KGB, with second in command. He told me in his office I'm one of 10 American's, one being a President, to ever be allowed inside what is now called the FSB. The only reason was he heard I was in town and he is a fan of my films.


Last night with my crew I saw the IMAX version. Once you get used to the giant format and your eyes adjust, it's an awesome experience. I have been waiting until the film was final to judge, and I'm really pleased. You have to make a point to see it this way - It could be the very best way to see Transformers.

C'mon guys critics? Give me a break. Do you all have short term memory? They killed the first one, and it still became a world-wide smash. I made this for the you, the audience!

Well, I certainly enjoyed the movie (even so much that it has made the first movie almost boring by comparison) and I don't regret flying to London to see it in IMAX

I'm watching it in the regular screen twice on Wednesday and then I'm taking my parents to go watch it on the IMAX screen on the weekend

I don't care what the critics at RT says. They all say the same lame thing.

I've checked the user reviews on IMDB from actual general movie-going public audience, they absolutely love this movie saying it is spectacular and brilliant. These are the types of reviews that pump me up.

Well since I can't see it in IMAX, PLEASE have the Blu-ray show the IMAX scenes in a 1.66:1 or 1.78:1 ratio (to fill up the screen)!!!

Well, I'm seeing it in IMAX tomorrow night at the Palisades Center in West Nyack New York, then seeing it at the same IMAX two more times later in the week with other family members

I'll have to wait until thursday or friday (fucking examens...) and don't know yet if i ir will be released here in Imax ... i think it will be but it hasn't been anounced.

Critics can say what they want, but the "modern classic" status for The Rock and Armageddon is a fact, and something similar will happend to Transformers.

Bad Boys II is too hardcore for that, but should become an "extreme action" classic too.

Pearl Harbor has too many haters to achieve that status, but everyday i found more people that likes it.

Here in japan the movie is a huge hit.
I love the first one but the revenge ROCKS !! can't wait to see it in IMAX this wednesday.

Don't care about critics, but in japan we only hear really really good reviews.

Id like to start this reply by stating that i have NEVER sent fan mail to anybody.

Infact its pretty nieve to consider you may even get to read this directly....BUT, if this reaches you i hope you take some satisfaction from the following words.

Id like to thankyou personally for your work on Transformers, and Transformers - ROTF.

I LOVE movies, its an art form which that hits the heart unlike no other, and i consider myself a movie fan/geek

And although i would never consider the Transformer franchise 'arthouse' or 'deep' (thankgod)...its refreshing to see PURE, BALLS TO THE WALLS ENTERTAINMENT!! that in the last 15 - 20 years of cinema has been unmatched.

I was at opening night for ROTF on Fri 19th in the UK and i cant remember a time in recent memory that had such a great audeince reaction, laughter, applause and awe in all the relevant places...
Iv since seen it again today and am Imax'ing it on Friday, and i still get little geek out chills thinking of the the AWESOME robot action...KUDOS.

No matter what the critics say about your film, no matter what the nay-sayers find to bitch about, i hope you realise there are those of us out there who think your vision of a beloved franchise has been hit right out of the park and even improved upon...on both occasions...

You certainly made one fan VERY happy and on behalf of any and all fans who love these films, Thankyou!!

I've had a Transformers induced grin since opening night.....Just bring on the Blu-Ray.

Hope to see you back for TF3....and hope the studio has the foresight to allow you some well deserved time off from thinking about those big f*ckin robots again.
