um but when Primes cuts this arm off at the forearm, Blackout/Grindor has the rotor in his left hand but then as it is shown a second later, its the whole right arm missing and no rotor.

But isn't it his right arm that HAS the rotors?
I don't know, I'll have to see it again.

I grew up watching the Transformers during the 80's and I have to say that the script is what ruined this movie. The 2 jive talking twin robots had too much camera time and were insinuatingly annoying. Unlike the original cartoon, the movie had no depth and no climax. The acting was corny with too much humor mixed in with what are suppose be serious moments. This movie had no connection with the original concept of the cartoon (with the exception of Optomus Prime who virtually carried the movie and was the only interesting character). There was too much humor that came in at the wrong moments and too often. I do not get why bring back the original voice of Optomus Prime (Peter Cullin) and nobody else. Frank Welker the original voice for Megatron in the cartoon was a perfect counterpart to Optomus Prime and the combination of the 2 is what made up the soul of the entire cartoon series. And lastly the movie should have been based around the robots instead of humans. The original cartoon was about the battle between the robots and the struggle for supremacy. Outside of the special effects this movie was a huge failure.

Simmons jumped to a whole new level of creepy yet funny in this movie.

I love the part where the twins split while in Icecream truck mode and one of them went flying!

Didn't pay for the film so thank god bay didn't see a cent from me I am collector of mecha toys be it SOC or Yamato some of the finer more adult geared collectibles and here and there some transformers. I must say that i puked out my intelligence watching this crap Bay should quit making movies and maybe make music videos. WOW here is to you not making any more movies! Hopes are on McQuire to sink the bayformers franchise into the sewer where it belongs with robotech

i think part 1 had just the right amount of jokes and action in part 2 almost everything had to be a joke.... here hoping that in part 3 you take it more serious

I just disliked 2 things about the movie.

1. It wasnt much of a Revenge if u ask me.
2. to many cons died and not a single autobot died exept optimus who got ressuracted by the matrix

Chromia, Moonracer, and Jetfire all died on the Autobot side FYI.

It was said Arcee was supposed to die but I think that scene may have been cut because I didn't see it happen on screen.

When the Autobots meet up with Sam and Mikaela. Mooracer says "Follow us to prime" She then gets nailed and Moonracer gets nailed in the background as well. You also hear Moonracer scream when she gets hit.

They are the blue and purple 'Arcee' bots. And I just checked it up and all three Arcee bots lived. Arcee was badly wounded but survived.

TF Wiki(Yeah, yeah, no ones gonna believe what they say for now). But the two can survive through Arcee because their sparks are technically 'connected'. Thus, if Arcee lives, so do they. And I still don't remember them being killed. And looking back at TF1, a Transformer can survive some bad wounds(Just look at Barricade after his and Bee's fight.)

I honestly loved this movie, to me everything was just right.

I felt the emotion during this, when Prime died and even when Sam died. The action scenes were absoulutly unreal and awesome to watch, especially the forest scene.

I as well liked the Sam and Mikaela aspect. It showed they still had a bit of insecurity in their relationship that vanished at the end.

An amazing movie. Great job Michael Bay and crew!

But I had a though about something interesting they could have done. Back-to-back movies. There was clearly a shift in tone in the movie when Optimus died. They could have expanded and gone further in depth with the new robots before that happened, and when Optimus died, that would have been the end of the movie. Maybe the scene where NEST gets terminated and the scene with Sam and Bumblebee and then it ends. Then, maybe 6 months later, the next movie comes out and we get the whole idea of using the Matrix to revive Optimus. It also would have made for a longer and more epic final fight. That's just what I thought could have worked, and would have given ample time to go further in depth with the new Autobots like Sideswipe, Jolt, and Arcee. Maybe more with Sideways and Demolishor too. Either way, I still loved the movie.

Noooo- Chromia survived, hidden behind a structure- Arcee, purple bike, and Jetfire all died- Ironhide and Megs both got the shit beat outta them.

i loved this movie, just saw it tonight, it don´t deserver all the hate it has gotten, i really hope Michael Bay will direct the 3ed one, and i hope he brings the cast together again Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox and Josh Duhamel did a great job IMO.
