I just saw it again today.

And what was up with OP? He was so freakin' blood-thirsty this time around. In TF1 he mourned even having to kill Megatron. But in TF2 it was KILL YOU, KILL YOU, KILL YOU, KILL YOU. Oh and you. He was merciless.

Oh god I didn't like that either. He was completely out of character in some of those scenes. I mean I can understand him fighting to the death to help others, but god it seemed like he wanted at em. He ripped the Fallen to pieces when he wore his Jetfire suit. He ripped Gridor's, er Blackout's, er that helicopter guy's (oh look another problem there!), head apart. Wow, who shoved a broomstick up his tailpipe?

I've got an idea. Everyone should list positive comments about the movie. Maybe that would help us see the better parts of the movie.

1)I'll admit it. I found the twins calling what's-his-face a p#ssy funny. I found them funny.
2)OP dramatic fight, thought blood-thirsty, was awsome. And not just the CGI. He was trying to protect Sam.
3)Megs+Starscream=LOL I loved how thay pulled that scene off.
4)The moment where Sam's dad wouldn't leave him. That was touching.
5)Sams mother+baby bouties=:lol
6)Simmons becoming 'good' per-say. I'm begining to like him.
7)Sideswipe, "Damn, I'm good."...Yes...
8)Sams mom just cracks me up. She's hilarious.
9)The ending scene
10)Bumblebee's devastated look when he thinks Sam is dead and when he trys to tell Sam how much he matters to him.

2: The baby booties. Gotta love those.
3: The awkward scene when Sam sees the Shangai footage. (Robot, what robot)
4: Bumblebee crashing the party
5: Bumblebee evicting the girl
6: Optimus vs Megatron, Starscream, and Grindor. (3 against one while protecting Sam, of course Optimus is going all out)
7: Jetfire awakens. One funny geriatric robot lol
8: Simmons becoming robot friendly (I think)
9: Bumblebee showing how much he cares about Sam
10: The Twins: Annoying yes, but funny
11: Optimus knocking Fallen off the pyramid
12: The political prick being stranded in the desert. (Director who?)

There seems to be a real sh*tstorm brewing over the (already infamous) Twins, more and more of the media are running stories on it, especially after Kurtzman & Orci admitted being offended and passed the buck to Bay.

Trailbreaker, for the most part, I agree with your review. I wish Optimus had more screentime as alive rather then a metal corpse. On the other hand, his death was coming at some point, so now it is out of the way and they won't have to do that in the third. (Kill someone twice in the same series, come on)

I have said this already, but the Transformers series is very similar to the original Star Wars trilogy. The first one which introduced us to the main story and characters was awsome, not only because it was the first, but because nothing like Star Wars was ever done before. The second in my opinion wasn't as good, but it pushed the story forward. Like TF2, it was anticlimatical. Heres hoping TF3 will be like the final Star Wars in which everything gets resolved and finished with a climax deserving of an ultimate final battle of winner take all.

Just my theory.

I get yopur point and I hoped for this as well, but there's a little difference with the two sagas... first off Episode V was the best of the trilogy! ... and TF2 was not!... besides the good thing about "Empire Strikes Back" is that in a way... the bad guys won!... nothing like this happened in TF2 (and the title somehow suggested it!).... But I still hope Bay gets it right for the third one because I'm totally expecting it!

PS: I'm watching this one again on thursday, and this time I will enjoy it a lot more because I won't have my high expectations!... maybe I will find out more good things about the movie then!

Empire was great, I am not saying it wasn't. Not my cup of tea, that's all. Main point was both movies are anticlimax which should make for a great third part.
Have fun at the movies. The robonads threw me the first time I saw them especially when they're clanging together. Me>

I liked the opening scene, the forest battle, and the Power Master Prime finale. I also thought Sam's parents were great.

the forest fight was the best in this movie but still a bit to fast. One thing i caught in this fight and i may be wrong because once again it was a bit to fast... It looked as if Blackout/Grindor had his left arm cut off at the forarm by Prime as he was walking toward Prime but then after it showed Blackout/Grindor missing his whole right arm at the shoulder. Did anyone else catch this?

I enjoyed the movie, over all. Never looked at my watch once. The romance scenes were a bit drawn out... I think that detracted the most from the movie. The Twins were entertaining, and their fight scene at the end was great! The forest fight scene was just epic!
I think the whole Isabella Lucas character would have fit in better if they would have kept the scenes from the book/comics that explained what she was.
Wheelie and Jetfire were both well done, really. Leg humping, and all- I'd be humping Ms. Foxs' leg harder than B.A.G.
Sam's mom and dad once again steal the scenes they are in... they keep the movie going, I think.
And the Bert and Ernie relationship between Megs and SS was shown very well.
Overall, a solid B+, well worth your money! If you don't like that- you can SUCK MY POPSICLE!

i liked how when the twins were still the ICT in the beginning of the movie... they were calling out any Decepticons in the area over the speaker. lol

The Allspark shard implanted loads of information into Sam's brain, which is why the decepticons wanted him. At the end of the movie he seemed cured, was he / how was he cured? Did the ancients thing fix that problem, or was it something given to prime from the matrix, or is it just something that ended up unexplained?

The Allspark shard implanted loads of information into Sam's brain, which is why the decepticons wanted him. At the end of the movie he seemed cured, was he / how was he cured? Did the ancients thing fix that problem, or was it something given to prime from the matrix, or is it just something that ended up unexplained?

The info from Sam's mind was transferred into the Matrix of Leadership during the death/resurrection of Sam.

Sam plunged the Matrix of Leadership into Prime's chest, therefore transferring all the info to Prime.

um but when Primes cuts this arm off at the forearm, Blackout/Grindor has the rotor in his left hand but then as it is shown a second later, its the whole right arm missing and no rotor.
