I don't think it really means much of anything. He also says it in the first movie, during the final battle in downtown mission city. But yes, they do have there own alien language I believe.

On the BD-Live content there is a video of the voice actors. They show Hugo voicing an alien language and a little story behind it.

I remember reading what he says in the book at the point when he rises up behind Mikaela. I will try and find it and post it, but like nelson said it could just be gibberous in the movie

No, in the first movie he says his name. Watch it with closed captions if you don't believe me. He's saying something different in the trailer, if it's anything at all, he could just be growling.

I KNOW that he says his name. BUT, he also says that very same line as in the trailer when popping up behind megan. If you don't believe me, go watch the movie again. Because I know it's in there.
