What was your most hated/favourite false rumour? * * Spoilers * *

So, the movie is out pretty soon and we've seen and heard alot. There's probably going to be no more new info(maybe) but for now, let's review the rumours that we've heard since the movie started production.

My favourite was, "Yea, there's gonna be no Megatron in this movie........"

The one I hated and I'm sure is false was what I read on transformersmovie.com around 4 or 5 months ago. It was a member saying that Ironhide kills Prime because he felt that Prime was trusting a decepticon(Jetfire) too much.

I'm going to try to find that thread.

My most hated rumor was that they were going to kill off most of the Autobot original cast. I can't remember where I saw that, but it pissed me off.

But my most hated rumor was probably the dinobots being in the movie...

Well maybe not a real rumour, but internet was spammed with all these posts where people knew that Megatron/Jetfire/Starscream/Soundwave/Randomcon was the Fallen, and not an entirely seperate character.
How fucking stupid do these guys and girls feel now? HAHAAAHH.


Other than that I liked the "old fake script" to some degrees.
And considering how alike they seem to be (the "fake" script and the current movie), it probably wasn't all that fake. (Not gonna give away anything since it could be considered spoilerifics.)

So that must've been my favorite rumour.

Or when it was told that Devastator was gonna be in the movie...
That was a cool rumour.

at the first, I thought the fallen is Megatron.... but then they said that megatron is dead! and he's won't be back in the movie.. i hated that! but now he's back

My most favorite rumor was sorta like Johat said, Megatron/Jetfire/ or perhaps the decepticons themselves, being the Fallen. Turned out it was literally...the Fallen.

My least favorite rumor, and I dunno whether or not it's false, is Michael Bay saying the wanted to kill off Arcee because he hated her. That drove a stake through my heart.

Wasn't there a rumor about Superion???.... I think I remember something related to that, like the Aerialbots appearing or something.... right after Bay announced that there were more than 40 bots!

That was a hell of a rumor for me!!! my hopes were high on that one!

I've heard some say of the ROTF book (I forget the exact name of the book), that Optimus will not die. That said, nelson said that they may change some things in the book (thanks to people on the ROTF group on facebook in which they said in a comment/picture section which I have learned some things )

That's certainly got to be false. Though there was some funny rumors kicking around. Oh well, got to do something until the movie's out, I suppose. And overdosedchoaes has something interesting there. I kinda hope that's true, even if it's about a badie. A thrid movie just wouldn't be the same without him.

I still liked the leaked treatment. Far fetched as it was, many of the things contained have found their ways into this film.

The Luxor in Vegas actually became the real ones, Starscream having a hidden agenda and his own crew and Devastator making an appearance. Now we know, of course, that the Constructicons are a huge part of this movie and it is..AWESOME!!!

All is well and good. Now I need to stay low key in these forums
