It is Tom Kenny. I know that voice anywhere. He sounds like Spongebob? I honestly don't think so. I think he sounds like a few other characters, but not that one.

I was convinced when Shadow first said Steve Buscemi---he even had a pic of Steve that looked like Skids

Oh well---perhaps Steve WILL be in this film somewhere because he and Mr. Bay seem to have a good relationship. If I remember correctly---he was one of the actors Mr. Bay originally wanted to play Simmons.
