It is Tom Kenny. I know that voice anywhere. He sounds like Spongebob? I honestly don't think so. I think he sounds like a few other characters, but not that one.

whats real funny and im just throwing this out there... but Mudflap had a really bad lisp in the book and I so could see his voice being a lispy Patrick. LMAO!!!

I can't picture Mudflap having a deep voice like Patrick Star, it wouldn't sound right for him. The two bots look like they would have have higher pitched voices. The Lisp, oh yeah, definitely. I pictured Skids to have a lispy voice, because of his buck teeth.
