Barricade where is he?

I know this is may sound silly but Barricade wasn't seen in the battle at the end of tf1. So one would surmise from that, that he will return in tf2. If so should he return as the police car or the new toy that has him as a security car?

And if prowl is put in tf2 there has to be a car chase between these 2 with prowl as either a labaghini diablo police car or even a porsche 959 done up as a police car.

I had heard somewhere that he was intended to be killed right along with Bonecrusher just as he did in the book. But he ended up being a fan fave, so he was not killed in the movie so he could return in the 2nd movie. As for him being an Autobot spy, no!!! I dont think that was ever the case.

Yup. I read that same thing in the book, but he was just too durn cool to kill off.

(Note to you decepticons, I'm still an autobot fan, but that fight scene between Barricade and the Bee was just awesome...well, what little we saw of it. )

Thats way to funny. I dont know!! I think there was a good reason Bay saved Barricade the death he was handed to him in the book. But if you have read the prequel book Barricade is more of a science teck and not a fighter. That might have something to do with it as well. I wanted to see more of him too but I think he is going to be a big part of TF2 for some reason. Have faith, he's a true Decepticon and I'm sure Barricade has something up his dirty cop pant leg

The book is really cool. It somewhat explains some of the movie's loopholes, but it doesn't explain how BB's voicebox was fixed.....that's the only loophole I have theories on, but would like confirmations of.

Ya that is true but everyone has to remember that a movie is never the same as what we read in the book version. The Director may not have the time to fit everything from the book or books into the movie, or may change a lot from the book for what ever reason. One question I have though is I havent read the book version of the movie, just bits and parts that have been on the net like the Prime, Bonecrusher and Barricade fight where they both get killed. And we all know that changed in the movie. But to get to my question......Was Brawl the tank Decepticon in the book version of the movie? And if so does it explain how he got there or why? Because he is the only Decepticon from the movie that was not in the prequel book. He just came out of nowhere.

Another reason I like the books is that you get to read into so much more of the transformers. How they act, their personalities and the fact that the Decepticons talk a looooooot more. Also the Starscream-Blackout fight is the shit. And to read just how the Autobots think of Bonecrusher. The fear they have of letting him get close to them because of his close in fighting ability. Bonecrusher dieing as fast as he did in the movie did him no justice after reading about him in the prequel book. He comes really close to takeing Prime out in the prequel. In a lot of ways I wish they would make a movie after this book as well.

Thank You for your intell Bumblebee on Brawl!!! I wounder why he was not in the books but in the movie. I guess it was one of those things that Bay thought would be cool to add. And on his behalf it was. Brawl was cool in the movie. I just wished he had a few talking lines in the movie.
