Sonic The Hedehog Animated Series from 1993 to 1995.

Who remembers this awesome ABC saturday morning animated series? Loved it since i was 11 when it came out in 1993, it was better then the inferior weekday afternoon "Adventures of Sonic" show the same time.

Great animation, cool characters, action, good storytelling and of course i had the hots for Princess Sally Acorn, she was one fine animated toon squirrell alien chick who walks around with a hot nude body and has stunning redhair.

I can't believe someone else remembers it! I love that show so much when I was a kid. It was sad that it didn't last very long. It had a lot of potential. I think they could try and bring it back now. Kids would go crazy for it.

Was this the one where he ate Chili dogs all the time. I used to be in love with that show. Used to have my mom make chili dogs all the time...just because Sonic ate them. Oh...to be a kid again.

That was the best sonic ever. It was very said that the only Sonic game that even came close to touching the greatness of that show was Sonic Pinball. This show had depth, heart, and intensity that all other Sonic incarnations can only dream of. Even the archie comics that live on souly the fame of this incarnation fails to live up to the original (even if the original comics were enjoyable.


Sonic SatAM (which it has became known as) is not only the best Sonic incarnation but it also stands as a shining example of what children entertainment should be, standing with other greats such as Beast Wars and Avatar: The Last Airbender. All three of these shows were great not because they dumbed down entertainment, but were great stories told in a way any age could enjoy. They tackle subjects of death, war, violence, and heroism. things that other childrens programs don't even acknowlegde exist.


everyone should watch this show and know how much Sega has FAILED it's lead character and turned him into a joke of what he could be.

I remember that show when I was 3, I love that Sonic The Hedgehog show and it was really good. To bad it got canceled they already had a third season planned before the show's cancellation.

Ah yes, Sonic the Hedgehog. Back when Saterday morning Cartoons still existed (Teletoon Doesn't Count). I use to collect the Archie Comicbooks based on the series and Last I checked they are sill makeing them.
