it does seem optimus will sacrifice himself for sam's welfare in some future conflict probably TF3
I think they learned enough about killing Optimus. So I doubt they would do it again. Lol.. this video always makes me laugh and I don't know why.

Mine wasn't about being sad, it was about them learning a lesson about killing an icon :P I.E. they wont kill Optimus, ever.

Eh... it could be possible but I'm with the fact that they've killed Optimus and learned from it before. Not to mention all the riots that could issue from it. Lol
In any case, I think it would be more trouble killing Optimus. I think it was just one of those lines that might mean something more than the original meaning but doesn't.

But in the leak Primes Life debt is to watch over Mik, and Prime fails at it so Prime will probably give his life to get her back.
First sentence was in the treatment other wasn't it's just conjecture.

Come on guys!!!! I dont think Optimus is going to die but I wouldnt put it past the writers and Bay to really leave us with an Optimus on the verge of death at the end of TF2. everyone keeps talking about a cliffhanger at the end, leaveing us to ask whats going to happen now. Well that would make for a good cliffhanger I think!!! Autobots get thier butts handed to them this time
