The song, titled "New Divide", will debut on the radio and for download via iTunes on May 18. It will also be included on the ROTF soundtrack being released on June 23rd.

Really? I can't stand that "band." Their music ruined the end of the first movie for me, why not have real metal with balls to it instead of that poppy stuff.

I thought that it was but sounded weird for them. I thought maybe it was part of the Jablonsky score with them in it. Once again, not a huge LP fan but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt again.

It's funny, every time I heard the first single after the movie was released it made me go watch it again.

I knew Phoenix (the bass player from LP) since their very first record came out. Hes one really cool guy.

IMO they are a perfect pick for the movie. I think with their style of music helps capture the emotion and intensity of what is going on in the movie. Just my 2 cents through
