So yesterday we had our clinch drills for combatives. The goal is to close in and lock up a fully resisting and attacking opponent. There's four rounds, and all four rounds require you to achieve the clinch within one minute. They can punch you... you can't punch back...

End result... busted up elbow, smashed left finger, two black eyes, and feeling a bit hazy today. And someone just walked by me and spotted another set of bruises.

But I got the clinches... eye of the tiger, baby... eye of the tiger!!
