What's more, this time the Transformers will interact much more with the world around them. Farrar highlights "the splashes and the hits and the fighting on dirt or moving, banging into trees," explaining, "Things splinter and break, they spit, they outgas, they sweat, they snort." <<<<<<<<<<LOVES THIS.

Default Bay Keeping Sound FX Shops Busy Too? *theories*

In response to Shadow's thread, a thought came to my mind about the production of this film, while everyone (including me) is all hyped for the awesome visual effects this movie will have, I thought "what about sound?"

So yeah, this thread is for discussing the sound effects wizardry we expect to see in the film.

Sounds like if the VFX is gonna be a production circus, so would the SFX. I'm looking forward to seeing what they would come up with.

    Cool thread 'Trail'

I'm VERY impressed with the sound effect work on the 'Demolishor/Prime' scene first as he hits the overpass and then he rips it apart----to top it off you hear the sound of his 'treads' coasting along the highway while Prime is hanging on as the scene ends---PERFECT!!!

I think the way they changed the Paramount and Dreamworks intros was awesome. I remember when they first did that for The Matrix. I think this time it will sound much more menacing before the movie even starts.

Sorry is this was a little off topic, but you have to admit, when you heard that electronic sound as the stars formed, you already knew IT WAS ON!

If that were the case I would think we'd see another 20 movies in the Transformers franchise.

I could deal with that though.
