The scenery would have been a whole lot better if there wasn't a main highway and shops right opposite the Pyramids and Sphinx. I swear you could get a picture of the Sphinx and MacDonald’s (or equivalent) all in the same shot!

Sorry for your loss. I'm sure not looking forward to when my old horse dies. He's my first, and I worked so hard to get him where he is today. He's 27 now, but I'm hoping he may have another good ten years left in him.

Hey, Warhorse, your horse may very well have at least 10 more years. I had an old mare go until she was 42 years old! She was a sweet old schoolmaster lesson horse I had. She taught many kids to ride and show. I miss that old lady.

Seconded- it was the most painful experience of my life I think. But my horse lived into his 30s, so if you take good care of him you shouldn't have to deal for years!
