It must have been so much easier to create toys for the original series, due to the animation and simplicity of design. With the advent of Bayformers, it must be so bloody hard to convert a perfect truck to a perfectly Transformed Optimus. And then I see people whining about how Jetfire and Optimus combined looks crap and it will ruin the movie...

It's not as if it will look that simple in the film.

Well seeing as The Fallen's Toy has solar panels that deploy I would place my money on the fact that since he is so old he gets his energy from the Sun, and either there may be some sort of Solar Eclipse evolved in the Pyramids?
