I'm sure he noticed. Like that time he noticed some punk ass named James Cameron swiped a short story of his and wrote something called "The Terminator" with it. He went right after that Cameron kid with lawyers.... and he won.

Nimoy had sued Paramount over a simular issue. I think it was before the first motion picture. They were useing his likeness in advertizement without his permission and he wasn't getting any royalties from it either. What I'd like to know is why Harlan took so long to file a lawsuit against CBS/Paramount?

well I read the whole article...It goes back to my hate thread and the inner working of corporate hollywood, The guy might be scary in person. He mighta even taken his sweet ass time to sue... however their was a law passed protecting him and his rights to his works and what is owed due to his works... Just pay the guy... It's not like paramount cant afford to pay a guy a few millions who has probably generated hundred million for paramount through its airing of its episodes and merchandising of toys as well as the book based off the episode.

Dan O'Bannon should have done the same to him for Aliens. The lazy fooker just used the same story/plot from Alien just with a couple more aliens... Cameron isn't high on my filmmakers respect scale. Roger Corman alumni.
