Not a chance if it is 2 1/2 hours long... remember, it only did like 27ish on its first day last year...really frggen good, but a 140% jump.....it would be great if it does that, but i would prefer to see it be strong for a full 10 days like it did for the 1st movie....it had that great first 3 days and then it did 70+ over the weekend and shocked hollywood--27-30mil a day for a week would be awesome!!!+ it has competition starting July 1st--Public Enemies opens...not that it will beat TF2, but it will take the female demo from it due to Johnny Depp being in it....

I say TF2 will pull a solid 150-170 in its first 5 days....and do another 100 in the following week....that is huge business.....

I will do my part that day seeing it 3 times {midnight IMAX, Wed. matinee & Opening night}

Mr. Bay deserves this record---I could only imagine what the weekend tally would have been if it remained on the 26th.....Maybe for TF-3

no doubt in that . i think it will cross 50 to 60 mil
