Cats can take care of themselves. They can shit in a box. They can hunt mice if they are hungry. Dogs need constant attention.

Oh and I've had 2 dogs and 4 cats growing up. Now I just have a cat. I can't be bothered with a dog right now.

You can see the Queen, quite a few workers and a huge pile of white eggs/larvae!!

I've had 'em about a year or so, started out with the Queen, a couple of workers and half a dozen eggs.

I think they are fascinating creatures. I'll try and transfer a video of when I popped a small maggot in for their lunch. They were like a small child on a 'bucking bronco' machine. Hanging on and attacking it, whilst it wriggled like hell!

When I was a little bit younger I had a big jar with ants and sands and it's was amazing watching how did they make all those tunnels in the sands. Agree with you they are amazing

I was checking up on his blog and this dog is funny…… he was checking a smell and he knew it smelled better than a cat.
