No..Hasbro set them up like that. The pixelized images are cutouts covering the keychains, the different robot pictures are placed over the actual packaging ones inside, and Megatron's name is covered as well, so as not to reveal his obvious identity. They're not fake.

The magatron one is definetly a piece a cardborad. You can see the white in between the arms and legs that doesnt match the box background. But the picture makes sense since Orci said Megatron would be back with other parts.
