Yes, but why would he bring Megatron back? Megs is mostly the reason for the Bot/Con war. With Meg dead there's more chance of the war ending(Hence, less injured bots/cons). Even Ratchet has his limits.

I wonder if they are holding a gun to his head to make him do that. Although, I don't think he would do that just to save himself.

I think Megatron is the only one tough enough to do any damage to the Fallen. So maybe he is needed to help stop him.

If Megs is dead, I suppose that Starscream leads the decepticons - certainly somenew battles with Starscream's cons and Megs' cons.
