He shouldn't be like over the top, but he definitely has powers the other robots can only dream about.

Not energy. Plasma, the 4th state of matter.

who cares what kind of powers this guy has!! He's called the Fallen. Seems to me his name means he lost or got his butt kicked before!!! Ok, seriously....I need some more coffee this morning!!

I am intrested in how this bot gets explained....hope it is a good lead to his arrival rather than, "oh yeah.....hey....its the Fallen....oh crap!!"

I have kinda stayed away from discussing this because I'm so unsure myself. I'm pretty sure that there is a large reason they are all in Egypt. I'm thinking maybe a healing power and he's the guardian or something. Either way, he looks pissed off!

Many ideas... Teleportation, super-speed, invisible capacity... (see my threat).
But great powers, that's certain. Actually we're not sure he's the great villain of that episode, are we?

I don't think he will appear and say something as 'I am the Falleeeeen!!!'

I think whatever his powers the whole theaer gonna say :wtf
And Prime will suffer a lot.

I agree Optimus will have more difficulty in ROTF then the first movie. Much as I hate to admit it.

And what about the possible death of Optimus? That would be some quite new in a blockbuster, isn't it? Some dark/drama death, in slow motion...

this is what he is... A GOD LIKE FIGURE!!! ok guys... the first 13 which The Fallen is one of are in the minds of all Transformers... GODS. Every Transformer has his or her powers and abilities because of one of these 13. Primus is the one true creator who created the first 13. The Fallen was the last of the 13 and at one point sided with Unicron to distroy Primus and everything else. This plan failed and for it his true name(unknown) was stripped from him and he was branded The Fallen and banished to a backwater planet far from Cybertron where he could not do any more damage. This ends up being Earth where while in stases life grows up around him in what is now Egypt.

yes and no.... he could have if he hit and then somehow moved himself to his now Egypt location. But if he has been in stases all this time then probably not because the location the astroid hit at was around where Mexico is and that means he would be there and not in Egypt. Now i do get the feeling that The Fallen isnt the only one on Earth at the time of Egypt's rise to power. Because it was said that the writings on the Pyramids are those of past TFs that have been on Earth. Not a single TF.

If the audience can buy a giant magical cube that shrinks by folding in on itself. I think they'll be fine with a cosmic powered god like villain, in fact I'll go as far as to say they'll love it1

ya, that was pretty much the only part of TF1 that defied the laws of matter....but only because it was raw power, and it could do whatever the hell it wanted!

yes, I think the fans will love the fallen...man, if the cube talked in the first one, action figures would be sold every day of "the talking cube"...:lol
