Just saw No country for old men.

worst movie I have seen in a long time.

Seriously, I want my two hours back.

this movie achieved nearly nothing. first time I ever saw a deus ex machina that did nothing though.

Yes, the characters are outlandish, but it still felt scattered. Almost as if they let DelToro do whatever he wanted (since the franchise was picked up by Universal), but ran out of time to flesh out the story. I'm renting (before I buy it) the Blu-ray this week to re-watch it so I can see if my feelings have changed/softened.

Although I did like Johann Kraus.
Whenever I saw "WIN", it means I liked it. Sorry for being so vague.

EDIT: And Johann Krauss is my favorite character in the movie.

Whew... I haven't been on here for awhile. How is everybody?

Let's see, last movie I saw.......... Secret Window with Johnny Depp (well, I've seen that before). And my boyfriend got me Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. I saw that for the first time ever. I think it's a really awesome movie.

    Gran Torino.

Clint Eastwood is great in anything he does. This really is a fitting end to his career.

Just saw W. It was good, but I expected a lot more. It was kinda dull. Though, I was too distracted by the new TF2 toy pics coming in. I need to watch this film again.

He should have been nominated for best actor... the academy is becoming more and more irrelevant every year when they skip out on more worthy people like him

I just saw The Wrestler and Frost/Nixon last week and liked them both, but I'd rather see Langella win the best actor award, he was so entertaining to watch as Nixon

You mean 1990. There was never a 2001 one.

I saw the one from 1963, it's a lot more accurate, except it was a plane they saw instead of a boat, they also cut out some parts but other than that it was epic.

what was the 1963 one rated??

the 1990 one was ridiculously rated R...for a reason, but the book was not rated R, and the movie shouldn't have...they could have not sworn as much..why bother??

Okay, so I rewatched W., and it is MUCH better without a computer screen face in front of my face while trying to watch. Josh Brolin did a very good job playing our 43rd president, so did all the others. Great movie.

I think the last one I watched all the way through was "V for Vendetta" on TV. It was pretty good. I've been trying to watch "Hancock", but the big TV is always taken up by family members playing Wii, and no one wants to go see "Coraline" yet. I'm a bit of a movie junkie.
They call me Ratchet Girl for a reason. Sometimes Skids girl.
    Yeah, I'm a girl...SO FREAKING WHAT????
http://www.youtube.com/user/Taybrian1 I'm a Youtube star! (Not really, I just get bored.)
