"The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they're genuine." - Abraham Lincoln
Movies i have seen in the last month are:
2012 : Amazing movie, amazing visual effect, bad story though
Twilight :New moon: Maybe my expectations where too high but i expected sooo much more
Paranormal Activities: GREAT MOVIE, the end sucks though
Komt een Vrouw bij de Dokter (its like the first big dutch movie) (about a couple, the women get cancer and the guy has a affair and continues with this and leaved his sick wife to go to his 'girlfriend' : The story is amazing, finally a dutch movie to be proud of.
Disney's A chrismas Carol: I expected a different kind of movie, it was less disney than expected but still amazing (saw it at IMAX)
The timetravaler's wife: pretty good, story a bit confusing somethings but a nice 'chichflick'
Orphan: A-MUST-SEE-MOVIE: great movie, great story, perfectly brought to the screen.
(finally) Slumdog millionaire : I actually found it a boring movie, the story is nice but with the many prices it won i expected it to be better than what it is.
2012 this past weekend. Stunning CGI. Very entertaining movie.
Rented Night at the Museum via Netflix. Will watch tonight.
Smokescreen: "You're our only hope Omega." Omega Supreme: "Failure: Impossible" - G1 Episode #41 "The Golden Lagoon"
All on DVD:
Underworld: Rise of the Lycans. Interesting, and expands on previously seen characters, but radically different in 'feel' to the prior two, probably due to the different setting.
Evangelion 1.0: You Are (Not) Alone. Interesting retelling of the well-known anime, with a few new twists.
G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra. Fun movie to watch, but the flashbacks interrupt the 'flow' of the movie.
Terminator: Salvation Really enjoyed it though I had the plot twist figured out about five to ten minutes after they got into 2018 (yeah, it was that obvious to me). It was a fun ride, though the plot sucked otherwise (the ending felt really pointless and more or less felt like they were setting up for at least two more movies). Overall, better then 3, but not as good as 1 and 2.
Rob Zombie's Halloween.
Good remake and expands upon the iconic killer Michael Myers.
Scout Taylor-Compton played a fine Laurie Strode.
Just a good, good movie.![]()
Advance strike, here. Probably will go see Invictus this Friday. Taking my son, who wants to see it because he plays rugby and how many rugby movies are there out there, really?! I told him that I expect it is about much bigger themes than just rugby.(Not that rugby, of itself, isn't a good thing.

Brothers.... It was just okay. The kind of movie you wait to see on DVD. Tobey McGuire was good in the dramatic role though.
Just watched Half Baked, I now want funions.

2:Orphan (Awesome psychological thriller)
3:Trick or Treat (An incredible Halloween horror movie)
4 Drag me to hell (Avery nicely done, twisted horror movie)
5:The entire Saw series (Except the newest one)
6:Halloween 5&6 (picked up a twin pack at wal-mart for only $9.00)
The Shadow Realm

"Chill Factor"
Very entertaining and I really liked the chemistry between Cuba Gooding Jr. and Skeet Ulrich.
Lesbian Vampire Killers: Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god! Fucking masterpiece! I wanna see it again right now.
You know. Lesbian Vampire Killers. Tell your friends.
"The Box" with Cameron Diaz, Frank Langella, James Rebhorn and James Marsden.
Weird, weird movie but I liked it. I didn't know anything about it and I expected a horror movie, but it was more of a psychological sci-fi thriller, and I must say that Diaz was pretty good ( at least in my view ). Always nice to see her in more serious films.
Watched "Mr Deeds" today.. for the 100th timewith Adam Sandler.. but I love AS. And John Turturro was classically funny ..as always.
and it was filmed in my town soooo
