I hardly post because I've lost a lot of my free time and I'm extreamly stressed.

First, SOLs/Exams are coming and we're having a lot of projects at school.
Second, my dogs are fighting to the death. My puppy(In my avater) attacked my other 13 yr. old border collie and would let go, even after my brother bashed a hard glass jar over his head. We still don't know why he let go or why he attacked.
Third, I'm losing a lot of sleep over my deceased grams 13 yr. old, half blind/deaf shi-zue because he won't stop barking at night.
Fourth, I've finally got a job interview coming up on monday, and I'm terrified I'l screw up. And my family and myself really need the money.
Fifth, I'm so behind in school, I wanto to cry and scream.

So, as you can see I've had a lot of things going on in my life. And music is my one true release. I can just listen to the stuff and zone out. That's why I asked for your opinions. I wish I was able to keep up with you guys and hag with you all more, like before, but everything's so crazy that I can't find the time to come and chat. But hopefully, over the summer, we can catch up and I can rejoin everyone. I feel so left behind as it is, so I can't wait to catch up.

Sorry for the rant, but I felt I owed everyone an explanation.

Perhaps the collie did something that set the puppy off? And also if you all were upset enough that could have caused the puppy to let go as well. Like you said, though, hard to be sure Is the collie okay, though?

We have a blue heeler that used to be rather vicious towards cats and certain dogs (he killed a neighbor's dog after getting loose from his chain when we had him out to pee (stays indoors otherwise), though the neighbor wasn't upset). Our dog is getting old now, so he would just rather lay around the house anymore (and the last time he got a cat, it was a kitten, but thanks to me and a neighbor kid, he didn't hurt the kitten). He does still like to bark at the mailman, though, lol.

I know it's something you may not want to do, but you might consider getting one of those collars that if the dog barks, will send a little jolt into them to teach them to not bark. It's not exactly the nicest thing for the dog, but at the same time if you get a job, you can't be losing sleep because of the pooch.

I learned a long time ago that things might be bad now, but they won't always stay bad (it was a hard lesson to learn that I never fully got until the last year or two...I have to keep telling myself on bad days that it won't last and just telling myself that does help, though back in 2003 this never would have worked...every day was bad for me and I saw no way out...I'm almost like night and day compared to then >_< ).

The collie(Thunder) did absolutly nothing to set him(Trouble, yes, TROUBLE is his name) off. This isn't even the first time. In fact, he attacked again today but both my mom and brother intereaned fast enough so he neer got Thunder. In all it's about 5 attacks. And the worst attack(the one I mentioned) happened while I was in school, and my brother had just gotten home. Also, we have a tiny-weenie cat that Trouble adores(and she attacks him all the time and he just takes it) and my other dog, Harry, whom I'm pretty sure Trouble thinks is his mother. He never even given those two a little growl. And Thunder's fine, just sore and jumpy. If that attack had gone through today, he would have one sore butt. Apparently, Trouble was going for his tush.

And we can but a shock collar on the Shi-zue(Patch) because it would most likely kill him from shock(no pun). That dog has two paws in the grave as is. And now his eye is infectted and swollen. I'm terrified it's gonna pop out. Which can actually happen. And I finally setteled for putting him in the guest room across from me and turning my fan on full blast. It's chilly, but it works.

As for school, I'm mostly behind because I've missed so many days over my stress-melt-downs(Funny, I missed the most school days ever in one year, and I just got straight A's). My mom keeps threatening to keep me home. Which really won't help in the long run. Heck, I have to sculpt a full blown chess set in art(out of plaster) and I don't even play chess!

I'm pretty sure I got the job! They said they would do a background check and would call me in a few days for a drug test.

As you guys can probably tell, I am gaining back a small abount of time but, I'm still pretty behind. But I'm catching up quickly, math being the only issue. Gotta make sure I pass the SOL so I don't have to take the Exam. Exam<SOL- That math, I know. Lol.

No, we've had him for a year, since he was 8 months. I highly dout it's powerplay because he's been going for the back and throat. I've seen powerplay, and it's not this vicous. But he(Trouble) is trying to be alpha, by killing out the present alpha(Thunder).

Guess maybe you need to find a way to keep the dogs seperate? I don't know how in the world you can get Trouble to stop attacking Thunder otherwise (I don't even know if big time punishment after each attack would do anything). I've never had a dog that did that

And oh yeah the collar wouldn't be a good idea then O_O And hopefully no eye popping will happen (hopefully at least...never know what can happen).

I don't play chess either (unless you consider the chess event in WoW chess...lol...I mostly just died in that anyway by picking pawns and then getting slaughtered by knights and kings and such). And I agree: I don't think keeping you home more will help, as at least when you are doing school work, it takes your mind off of stuff.

Well at least if you can get to the drug test, that's pretty easy to pass ;-) Good luck!

As for math, you have my sympathy. I flunked Algebra because I was so bad at it >_< And the only reason I can do percentages is that at my last job, we had to put down a percentage for how many bad parts we had (I've had 100% bad parts before, lol). If not for that job, I still wouldn't be able to do those. My dad used to get so mad at me because he's great at math...hey guess what? I didn't inherit that!

Well alls I can say is if you need to vent, come here and post in here or another thread. It's better to get the stuff out then keep it in Laters!
