THe Rock - Hummer, Ferrari
BB2 - Ferrari, Cadillac, Hummer
Island - Cadillac

Now only is this a movie about robots, but a movie about robots that transform into cars. So obviously you're gonna put the coolest looking cars

i personally not a a fan of the current line up. i understand gm fork the bill for this movie and all. but there should have been a better selection of cars, especially the twins. come on, it doesn't get any gayer than two fwd economy cars trying to pass themselves as hardcore bad ass bots.

if gm really wanted to show some real cars with balls to be the twins. i would've chosen the pontiac g8 4dr or gto. 400hp + cars that could handle well and kick some ass.

bumble bee becoming a newer camaro. not a bad choice in my book at least he is not a vibe, aztec, cobalt or gayer.

barricade as the saleen made the movie. it showed the epic battle between ford vs chevy. now becoming a r8 so he could do battle, priceless i would've never thought that happening. kudos for that choice.


i understand what the op stated, i use to see a 280z and just freak thinking it was a bot. that was definitely was one of the reasons that made me tune in to see transformers as a kid. but i guess people forgot how great it was to use your imagination as a kid.

And as for GM using multiple new products in the movie...I am all for it. Being a Detroiter, this city could use as much positive attention as possible. Product placement has dominated film for quite a while. Licensing for multiple automaker would be insanely expensive and time consuming. Plus, GM was kind enough to throw in the Centennial Vette in exchange for promoting the smaller future of the company. Not a bad trade.
