Omg!!!!!

ok so me and my older brother were sitting on the trampoline reading when we saw three fire fighting helicopters fly over our house!
it was so noisy!
so then we realized they where headed for the park so we went down there to find the helicopters using the lake as a water supply!
the helicopters were about 4 meters above the water and there were people every where! the water from the lake went everywhere and I got drenched but it was so cool!
we stayed there watching them getting load after load of water to put out a fire at the beach.
I found out later that they were Seakings and they are just huge!
that was the best day ever!
I think that is better than going to the zoo, the moon, to a flying cow show and even better than going to see a movie! (that doesn't include TF2)

I cant put up the pics right now but I will later!

And oddly enough, isn't Townsville currently isolated by flooding? Still though, it's terrible about the fires and lives lost, especially when some of those fires are believed to be arson.

I just hate arsons yes I know some of them are sick bastards that get off on fire. But in Australia it is usually just some bored teens that decide to start a bushfire on a really hot dry day.

We had alot of fires in 2000 here in new mexico.The smoke was so thick daily,it was almost unbearable to breath without the smoke making you feel trapped in a gas chamber day and night.sorry about the loss of peoples lives.the heat and smoke enter the atmosphere and makes it rain I think.that may be causing the flooding elsewhere.It would rain here during the fires.peace.

yes people yes I do live in the west but it's not very nice to feel that your areas threatened by bushfire!
I was just thinking. the bush fires are the biggest thing on the news right now.
