The size looks pretty accurate compared to the big bot in the teaser. It also looks very mean.

But there was info leaked earlier that there would be a line of the Constructicons released who transform into their individual modes, and then ones who only transform into the parts that merge into Devastator so I dunno..could've been false information ya, but I think it makes more sense to me. That seems like way too simple a way to connect a piece of Devastator, I'm sure Bay would like a much more awesome design than unchanged vehicles attaching as limbs.

Okay, I have some thoughts on this. I would pretty much put money on the possibility that there will be a devastator toy, But I doubt more and more that he will be in the movie.


here is the reason.

in vehicle mode the hydrolic shovel sits at nearly 34 feet. That is three stories. also that is about the hight of Optimus Prime. The cement mixer (which may not be the smallest bot of the group) is about the same size as Prime in truck mode meaning Optimus will make for a good stand in. The two dump trucks are bigger, but they are not even half the size of the shovel. The crain may be big, but I doubt it is the size of the shove (but I am not sure).

Now if they all came out as toys, none of this would matter because they don't have to keep scale. In the movie they do. meaning it would be a bunch of small bots attached to one (or two) big one(s).


add the fact that the shovel is a small voyager, makes me think the toyes won't keep scale, which pretty much tells me they won't be movie acurate in there combination. after stating that, I don't see any reason why we would think they would be in the movie, even though I heard it from someone I trust that there will be a toy.


In closing, I think the power shovel will be the only Constructicon we see in the movie.

Now they said that this thing will become some turbine in Devastator's chest that will swallow everything in it's path. Considering how small it is compared to the other vehicles, I don't think that would out very well.

To be honest Ura, I'm not sure what the limits will be, but I think many people are underestimating the amount of thought put into this film to shut everyone up. This time, Michael wants to sit back opening week and flip us off for giving him such a hard time the first time.

The whole crew knows "mass shifting" will not do. The combiner will be so huge. If that is Scavenger, his size alone, meshed with 5-6 others....wow.
