I wish he would ! am a really big of Dragon Ball Z Anime series . They've ruined the movie ! while in Transformers Michael Bay made the image of Transformers series even better !.

But let's not forget that DBZ isn't that easy to be made into a live action movie ! if they didn't make a movie it would have been better ! they've ruined everything !.


I wish that it was Michael Bay who directed Dragon Ball Z movie .

I really liked DBZ when the show was in its prime back in the Toonami days, but I think it would be very difficult to do. The DB evolution movie took a collosal shit on the fanbase, and very little did people enjoy the movie... and I guess that was to be expected. On top of that, it would be difficult to do Super Saiyan power-ups with CGI... without it not looking believable at and looking completely rediculous.

I really don't understand the fascination with DBZ. I went into it with an open mind and still didn't like it.

I'll just point out that the way Saiyans arrive are pretty much the same for the auto bots. That is before they went uber powerfull and just teleported anywhere.

If it does happen Mr. bay should takes a mellow approach on how everyone levels up and not be able to destroy planets in one blast. Im a fan of Broly but he should be in later episodes, no planet killings!

The first movie should consist of The martial arts tournament, the involvement of RR and Goku skipping college to train full time, the introduction of Krillin,Ten,chaozu and Piccolo Jr. He also has to fix the eclipse=Oozaru thing.:lol

Also Mr. Bay can make lightning quick fight scenes which is a big plus for the DBZ movie.

Just don't include the 3+ episode stare/glarefest and flashback in the middle of a fight.

I liked the first DBZ movie, I hope that if Micheal does do it, he does it justice and tiies to make it a tad mellow like the movie was instead of like how the series was, it was a cartoon after all. The dragon in the first movie though was a disappointment for me, I was expecting more considering how they built the story around the legend.

it's pretty obvious to me that if any team out there already should make the true DB movies,(not counting us amatuer filmmakers yet lol)
my pick would have to be the people who made the Scott Pilgrim movie.

Just watch that scene that HAS a friggin Super Saiyan in it and tell me they couldn't do it.
Not to mention the girl walking around with bulma's hair and all the intended-cheese built in.

I think it all lies in one's understanding of the original source material for Dragonball and the classic legend that it actually represents.

The fact that the actual SCRIPT for DBE wasn't as horrible as the actual movie is a good sign to me that Hollywood was CLOSE with that one -

- but MAAAN were they oh so f'ing far away as well.

The problem that I figured out? (besides how they handled the HAIR - which is probably the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT visual thing about the series lol)
The problem though? THEY FUSED GOKU'S STORYLINE WITH HIS SON.

I think of it this way: ahhhh crap! THEY MADE A GOHAN MOVIE. That kid was totally TEEN GOHAN, but was definitely NOT Goku. THAT was the fundamental problem with DBE - they tried to cram everything into one storyline when there ALREADY WAS a storyline that didn't and shouldn't need to be screwed with.
