Ill tell you. If you look close at his more G-1 head it is on one of those ball posts much like a bionical and the head(faceplate on the back) can and probably be switched out. So why two different looking faces? lol

Okay, so far I am pretty convinced this is Soundwave. Now why he has two heads? Well lets see. The silver one appears on the alt-mode. Got that. Now, it appears they can be switched around. Hmmm, maybe, perhaps, he is disguising himself as a.....wait a minute, OF COURSE!!!

In all honesty, I'm just messing with you, because those early tank concepts of Megatron also had what appeared to be remnants of his helmet/face visible when in tank mode. So I wouldn't rule anything out either.

OK r-type. Here is another question for you and anyone that might want to jump in. We all know Welker got a package from Paramount. And well we all think its his contract to do the voice for Soundwave but we also know that there are going to be plenty of other TFs in the movie that may need a voice acter right? So... and this is just me... and I want to know what you guys think. Welker not only did Megatron(I dont think he is doing the voice for him) but he did the voices for most of Soundwave's minions and others like Skywarp. What do you think of Skywarp maybe being in the movie and Welker doing his voice as well. I mean Skywarp was going to be in the first movie but was cut out of the final draft.

And well we all think its his contract to do the voice for Soundwave but we also know that there are going to be plenty of other TFs in the movie that may need a voice acter right? So... and this is just me... and I want to know what you guys think. Welker not only did Megatron(I dont think he is doing the voice for him) but he did the voices for most of Soundwave's minions and others like Skywarp. Random segue, but ok. And what exactly is the question? Welker being involved? Tired of talking about it, better put, reading about it. Although the static regarding it, has died down considerably (here) since the last film.

If I care that he is involved? Not in the least, all the best to the guy if he is. Cullen was a bigger deal to me personally. But people tend to treat this stuff as a coup d'état, good for them and all, it's just not that big a deal for me.

With regard to a supposed package: Who is we? It's just internet conjecture unless people have a picture of Welker signing for some package. For all WE know, this package could've been a Michael Bay signed copy of TF on Blu-Ray. Not to mention Mr. Welker is a pretty busy guy on many VO projects. So any Paramount-based project is as good as the next if in fact he did get something work-related.

I loved teh cartoon, and Welker, but that was the cartoon. All I ask is to see a great film that is a least a "tip O the Hat" to Transformers, but more so, a realization of something in a new way.

Welker as Soundwave, cool, thanks for that, but really it could be anyone as long as they do it right. IMHO
