DVD release

Does anyone know when transformers will be out on DVD. An what will be on it in the way of special features?

This is not my info, just what i read on this blog.

The Transformers DVD...when does it come out you ask. What's it gonna have? What I can tell you is this: there will be 2 versions:

1- A regular version with no extras (just a director commentary).

2.- A multi-disc version with the movie w/ director's commentary and additional disc(s) with tons of extra stuff.

Transformers will also be available on HD-DVD and Blu-ray formats.

Now, i know for sure the Blu-ray comment is wrong, but the rest seems to be acurate according to other posts made in the blog. Also according to all the sites iv seen list it its due out October 16th i belive.
