Hi, am new here but have the transformers bd but am unable to access be live features on my player.

I have a panasonic dmb bd50 and was wondering if anyone else had got the same problem ie. get error message NET0010?

it's not a firmware or internet connection problem with my player as I have checked both these and they are working/fully updated

any solutions people are aware of to this problem?
