ya... well if they were in it, it has been rumord that Starscream might come back to Earth to get Brawls body and well we all know in the cartoon it was Starscream that built the Combaticons and they fought for him so you never know.

I always thought that Blackout was an interpretation of Vortex and Bay just liked the name just like Devastator.

i know he wasn't a combaticon but he could be rebuilt into vortex was my idea a tank and a helicopter brawl and blackout you see perfect sense sorta

Ummmmm if you look closely at the robotmode he doesn't transform into a Hummer if that is what you mean ?

Ya this was not ment to be him as a hummer but to show the size next to a hummer and to be honest I feel this would be about right being Blackouts chopper mode is 88 feet long and well the hummer is only like 16 or 18 feel long.

The robot designs are badass...but they look nothing like the vehicles shown. I am pleased with the decision to label the robot Blackout. I also agree with the artbook...we really need one for xmas.

Why is everyone calling that ugly little car "Trax"? The GM concept was called that, but not the robot (I hope). The TF Blue Corvette was called Tracks... no "x". Is that just a short-cut people are doing or do they even really know the difference?

We haven't been given a confirmed name for the character thats using the Chevy Trax....

So the Chevy name for it is being used until such a time that we actually get a character name for it confirmed.

As the link says it appears that the Chevy Beat character is named Skids, if the name on the numberplate is correct... Though if i must be honest why have the name on the car at all?

ok you kind of lost me there bro. but Vortex was the Blackhawk chopper that was in the Combaticons. This is just off the wall but we already know there are both Blackhawk and Apachie(i dont think i spelled that right) choppers in the 2nd movie so maybe Vortex will be in the next one.

well ya and no. Blackout is Blackout but he did have the placeholder name of Vortex, Incinderator, Soundwave and then devastator before he was named Blackout. They said Blackou was the hardest to name because he was really ment to be Soundwave and when that didnt go over well they had to really re-think who and what they wanted him to be. Blackout was in G-1 but he was a B-1b bomber and he was part of the micromaster line.

Ya i thought the same thing. I mean the TFs know who they are so why would they drive around with plates with their names on them. UMMMM I FORGOT MY NAME... WHATS THE NAME ON MY PLATE SAY? lol that as bad as people getting their own name as a tattoo on themselfs. I mean come on if you forget your own name then you really should not be aloud out in public!! As for the Trax... if the plate thing is true... his name is really long. I thought that if the Beat is Skids and the Trax just might be Tracks but even though you cant make out the name on the Trax, you can see its really long so I would think something like Cliffjumper.

its good but its fake. Someone had a lot of time to photoshop this. I give them credit though. It could have been a bad ass bot. Im not mad though. I love to see how people can come up with their own stuff like this.

I will guarantee you this truck will be in the movie in some form. I think we already saw a picture of it as a NEST vehicle. Soundwave as a NEST spy? Please use the Balkan MK6...it is a badass design. I have seen the H3T (above photo) on the road...it sucks.

well I guess if the vehicle mode sucks, we can hope they make 3 concessions.

1) Keep the pepper shaker on the shoulder in robot mode.

2) Don't mess with his head, leave it g1.
