The Perfect Soundwave

I don't know, just my humble opinion, I don't really like what some are saying about the SUV idea for Soundwave.

Soundwave is a senior ranking member among the Decepticons.
A pimped out SUV alt mode would have looked too fancy. He needs something that looks "grand" rather than "fancy."

We won't know what and how cool Soundwave will be until the movie comes out. But until then, here is an alt mode I've always liked for Soundwave.

Pimped out Chrysler 300 complete with sound systems. Now this is Grandeur.

300s are sweet, but Chargers are soooo much better. The Dodge grill on the front just makes for a bad-ass, eat-your-babies-and-kick-your-grandma looking car.

Really if any TF ever turns out to be a Charger I'll be damn happy (and yes I'm talking about the new ones).

that would be areally cool Soundwave, I think if it was for a cartoon version of him but Soundwave is not even a car in the next movie.

I have wondered if that Volt is actually Soundwave and they are just trying to keep it a secret.

There's rather a lot of rumors either saying Soundwave was going to be another Frenzy - in conceptual terms... or he's not even in it and they cut him out because they still couldn't think of what to do with him.

You guys should check out the movie entitled "Line Watch."

It's a new movie. So it won't be hard to find.

There is this 300 in it that's really kicker! Just watch the movie (its a nice movie) and wait for the 300 scene. You'll see what I'm talking about.

300s are so much different when moving and cruising as compared with an static photo.

I see where you are going with that one..but I really like the Barricade character. I really hope they give Soundwave the ability to eject multiple characters.

I think Soundwave should be something military and big. He should have a menacing look to him. I agree with the multiple bots ejecting from him. Thats a good idea, it'll set him apart with the others when it comes to that.

I think in the Perfect TF universe the Osprey is Obsidian.
Beast machines aside [heh] he was a damn cool character, a tactical general that hovers over battle.

The V-22 Osprey is a really good choice, and you never know, it may very well be soundwave. One of the leaked Legends toy prototypes was of an Osprey. People said it's Incinerator from the first movie toyline, but if you look closely, the head and feet are different, and the new toy has hands whereas Incinerator did not. Why change so much? And why re-introduce a character that not only wasn't even in the first movie, but that was one of the last figures of the entire toy line?

It could be Blackout resurrected. Remember Blackout had rotters as a chopper. So now he may have returned with Megs, only this time his rotters are used in the form of a plane rather than a chopper.

Soundwave is a serious character which would translate in the movieverse to a dark, powerful character. He isn't supposed to be something a pimp would drive.

A military communications van would give him the size, theme, and seriousness he deserves.

I agree with that. Pimps are social deviants that don't need to be raised to any level of glory.
