Interesting, Transformers historically does have some of it's best fiction when Megatron goes AWOL, still would be a brave decision though.

I saw a article about a month ago saying that Megatron was coming back, as a tank. Wasn't a tank Galvatrons form.
I also heard that there would be a scene with Megatron choking Sam. Can't confirm this though. Still, I feel positive that we have not seen the last of Megetron. Just my gut feeling.

I really like it, the heads got abit of a Gundam vibe to it, and the body seems to fit in with the movie style. Hope it's real.

The face design looks like Mach Alert from Car Robots, so this is definitely a step in the right direction as far as designs go... if of course this is real.

Okay, I wouldn't write this off as misinformation or anything of those sorts.

With that said, I was a bit surprised to see Barbosa in POTC 2, considering he "died" in the first movie.

TF2 and Megs may be the same situation. He may be mentioned in the background and in passing conversation (and the tone of the movie) and then make a HUGE comeback at the end.

Like in POTC 2, we may be introduced to another baddie (a minion of Megs maybe?) and that minion distracts everyone while Megs recuperates.

We'll just have to wait and see!

I have to wonder if she is possibly someone who works along with Bay and if so how much of that information is reliable. I just question it simply because she seems to know quite a bit about what is going on and mostly wonder because of the area where she says "i myself have held and seen the astronomy book, its pretty big"

I agree. In the first movie, we only really saw Megatron in the last half-hour of the movie. One of the most important characters in the series, bumped back to the last act.
Megatron should come back much sooner.

that's a pretty good reasoning but to me it seems she has too much information for even a extra. Unless she's an extra that was used several times

I think the design is cool - love those arm blades, but I wonder if the toy will be stable with those wheel feet...

Still hoping it's Hot Rod/Rodimus - I think it suits the character better than some third-tier loser-bot like Tracks...

I am not sure if it is real or a fake...but the matchbox/hotwheels style car would confirm last week's leak. I LOVE it. I really like the wheels as feet and opens the door from some sweet CG. I too thought it was a cool feature on Bonecrusher, I was sad to see him go so quickly.

I am guessing this toy is for a fastfood chain, as mentioned in the article. Not too excited about that. I can't stand it when movies attach themselves to slopfood.

Chevy Trax indeed. I hope that isnt the face that we are looking at but something either mid-transformation or the back of something.

R8 screams 'cade. The hands (among other things) are similar.

As far as the familiar 'bot? Yeah don't know why that pic was thrown in there, as it could be from the 1st movie.

Liking that R8 design, looks very much like Barricade but do I detect a Shockwave style eye on the head section? Maybe my eyes playing tricks very hard to see.

Lots of fans panicking about the weird picture looks like a deformed Wall E, but surely there are too many parts to it for it to be a head.
