To reiterate: Shia LeBeouf is expected to return to work after taking a month to recover from his injuries. (Link to Article) No word yet on how that will affect filming. (it might not, honestly. I thought they were working on the CGI now?)

Hopefully his stupidity (And i'm being mild here) won't affect the filming Schedule... thought the fact that they are saying that he'll be back filming in a month kinda hints at him needing to do more stuff before filming wraps for good.
The San Pedro filming is interesting as it looks like Prime is involved with the stuff shot at Bethlehem... wonder if it's more than a simple 'Welcome new guys' or not.

URGH...I am about to sound like one of the winey bitches on blogs...but keep the Shia crap on the "Shia crap" thread. I am so frickin sick of hearing about him already!
Wow! That actually did make me feel better (hugs everyone reading this).
Trailbreaker...I like your thought of the primitive form of the twins. I would love to see a scene where Optimus and Ratchet are branding rogue transformers. The same could be done with Starscream and Soundwave. It would make for a sweet visual.
And seriously, can we keep the Shia crap on the other threads...
Thanks dude. that's right no more Shia crap. If we're gonna talk about him, only talk about Samuel James Witwicky.
"The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they're genuine." - Abraham Lincoln
Why do people assume that CGI work is done when no filming is taking place...? CGI start right around when the film started. Because it's one of the longest and most complicated parts of a movie, CGI work starts in pre- through post-. So peoples, I bet you CGI work started long before Michael even started filming live action back in June. Remember, each robot takes 6-8 months. And they can only work on so much at a time...
And WTF is Shia doing driving around drunk?????????? :deadhorse1:
That should read "focusing" not "working." The edit didn't take. I wasn't assuming anything. Actually, I was talking about this:
""Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" had a buffer window built into its hectic shooting schedule early on, given fears of a possible SAG strike last month. Whether that buffer will be used to accommodate LaBeouf's potential absence is unknown, but for now, production is moving full steam ahead, Gibson said."
More in Article.

Yeah, that buffer was one week off (IIRC)?
I think the ice cream truck later changed into that silver corvette
Aussie actress Isabel Lucas was Shia LeBeouf's "mystery companion" in the Los Angeles car crash which saw LeBeouf charged with drunk driving and hospitalised, according to media reports.
Lucas, 23, was reportedly riding in the Indiana Jones star's utility when he allegedly ran a red light and collided with another car in the early hours of Sunday morning, LA time.
The former Home & Away babe, who is currently filming the sequel to Transformers with LeBeouf, suffered minor head injuries and was also admitted to Cedars-Sinai Hospital, New York Daily News reports.
LeBeouf, 22, suffered hand injuries when his car rolled onto its roof.
He was arrested for driving under the influence.
But the real damage may have been done to Lucas' love life, with boyfriend Adam Grenier reportedly fuming that she was partying the night away with her eligible new co-star.
The Entourage star yesterday refused to answer questions about Lucas' involvement in the accident.
The pair have been dating since February after bonding over environmental issues.
Lucas, originally from Melbourne, is a vocal greenie and passionate supporter of animal rights.
Last year, a Japanese warrant was issued for her arrest after she took part in surfboard protest against dolphin hunting in Japan with Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere.
Daaayyuuuummmm.

I really hope what this Furman guy says is true about IDW being given the TF2 screenplay for the movie related comics. I always thought the Reign of Starscream comics did tie in to the transformer movie storylines. This just confirms it. I am now so psyched for the next issue. That and the upcoming Transformers Destiny and the Transformers: The 13 comics.
As for the news of the Fallen being in the sequel, I have no idea how Michael would introduce him. But if he was bringing him up in the sequel, I trust it would be frightning, explosive, and incredibly cool.![]()
Does anyone go to the Transformers Live Action Blog?
Don't you hate the way the blogger assumes 'the Fallen' int he title refers to Megatron or "The Fallen". He never even considered the fact that it most-probably means Starscream/Defeated Deceps.
Grr. LOL

I like the idea of introducing the Fallen. I would really like to see a character that is mysterious and new to all of us. Lets face it, we have come to expect the behavior of so many characters...including Starscream.
The history of the Fallen could be introduced by Kup in Lost/Cybertronian flashback.
Just thought of something. If they do go with the Fallen, I can see him being introduced towards the end of the film. They did the same with Megatron in TF1.
Just my thoughts...
More news on the movie tie-in comics. According to IDW, the Destiny series will look more at the backgrounds of Optimus, Megatron and the Fallen character. Not to mention examine how Secter Seven reforms into a new group.

Its still another two weeks till the 4th issue off Starscream, but I can wait. With all the misinformation Michael is distributing on the internet, some of our bests hints as to what may happen come from the comics.
I have to agree. No matter who it is, Drinking and Driveing is dangerous. Hopefully this will be a wakeup call.
Shia LaBeouf might not have caused collision, Sheriff's Department says [Link to Article]
