Wonder what they rated the Spiderman movies....:deadhorse1:

Incredible how they believe NYC is the only city on Earth and everything should happen there. :wtf
    Spider-Man (2002)... 90% Fresh

    Spider-Man 2 (2004)... 93% Fresh

    Spider-Man 3 (2007)... 61% Fresh

Oh wait- Are you talking about those NY elitist morons? Don't know. :lol

Dammit, still gotta wait over a week for TDK over here in Britland, but it'll be worth the wait to watch it on IMAX.

Comes out here in Kiwi-Land next Thursday.

Me and 7 mates got our tickets and basically, we could sleep at the cinema until that day comes!

    Its gna' be epic.

Sadly - My city doesn't do IMAX. LOl. But its still going to be awesome.

    Can't wait.

You two are smoking some crazy batcrack. There's NOOOOO WAY I'm battling crowds to see it Friday (or Saturday for that matter).

It's Sunday (early afternoon) for me. Ohhh yes. I will enjoy it without squealing kids (who SHOULD NOT be at the theaters to see this PG-13 nearly R-rated MOVIE!) and dopey teens.

No offense to you teens here. Honest.

I told you it was a new theater... I don't think people are aware it's open yet. I did my recon on it and it was dead quiet and the parking lot was empty (and it is ultra posh and spiffy new). Unless of course this week is the opening celebration. But to sit with peeps who haven't seen it yet and everyone gasping all at once, etc. too cool so I'll brave the crowds. I'd do the midnight showing Thursday but I have to work Friday. Oh, and yes every time a new Harry Potter book came out, of course I was at the bookstore at midnight with all the rest the nutters -- it's a fun shared experience.

That would be insane if indeed this weekend is the opening weekend.

MY GOD, the latest rotten review for TDK on RottenTomatoes.com is by yet another retard in New York:

    http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/the_...asc&view= #mo

4 out of the 6 negative reviews right now are from the real Gotham City. How ironic.

Fortunately, TDK is currently at 90% Fresh

    $13 a piece for me.

    Totally worth it, though.

Yea I'm thinking of seeing it in Imax but not on opening day. I'll see the regular screen on opening day. I was going to see Hancock and Hellboy2 but I'll just see them on bargain Tuesdays instead then its off to Imax. Need to pinch those pennies on unnecessary purchases.

I don't think you voiced anything here, at least not in this thread.

And here's an article on an analysis of the Joker...up to Ledger's performance.

The movie was so good! I've seen it 2 times in a row now! and that Star Wars shirt is from the Star Wars Episode 3 premiere in Sydney Australia. They randomly handed out free shirts like how they handed out free tickets at the Transformers premiere in Sydney.
