Default Why are these lines "stupid"?

I'm not a native English speaking person, so I can't understand why many "negative comments" on Transformers often say these lines are "stupid"?

    - Optimus "Oops, my bad"?

    - Mikaela "I'm not leaving without Bumblebee"?

    - Mikaela "I'm glad I got in that car with you"?

    - And why do people say Jazz is a black?

    1. The Optimus from G1 didn't use slang that much.

    2. It was just odd

    3. In the middle of the fight, When he had to get to the roof she stopped him to tell him that.

    4. The voice actor of Jazz was black. In G1 it was an over the top African-American style of speech.

    1. "Oops" is a slang? At first I thought the stupid line is "My bad"

    2. I don't understand She wouldn't leave without Bumblebee... Why odd?

    3. Wasn't that scene meant to be romantic?

    1. "Opps, my bad" is something that a younger generation would use and most of the Transformer fans (pre-movie) are in the 30's.

    2. It was odd because in the middle of a war zone a 17 year old girl would drive back in to save a big alien robot after being scared of him the day before.

    3. Romantic is fine but while, "The fate of the human race" was being relied on Sam getting to that building and out.

    1. That was G1 optimus Prime. Besides, since they learned earth's languages through the World Wide Web, they're gonna learn slang also.

2.The chick cares for the robot, leave her alone!

    3.What's wrong with that?

4.Jazz simply got the personality of an African-American.
Just because the voice actor is black does not make the robot black.
If the ethnicity was based on the voice actor, that means Optimus Prime is Canadian, simply because Peter Cullen was born in Canada. and bumblebee would be british, Ratchet and Ironhide would be White, Frenzy Would be Black, and Starscream would also be white?

    1) most found it funny but hardcore fans thought it was out of place because "my bad" is urban slang used by the youth of today and is clearly something that Optimus Prime would not say. I didn't have a problem with it, as it is Transformers 2007

    2) I have no problem with this

    3) This felt a little awkward to me

    4) Jazz was voiced by Darius from McCary (sp?) who is an African American actor and Jazz in the movie had all the characteristics of a black man, I didn't have a problem with that because the original G1 Jazz had the same characteristics

    Darthrage, where're you from?
"My bad" is a slang? I think it's just a very normal word?

"Bad" is an adjective, it's normally not placed singly after possessive determiners (e.g. "My"). Therefore "my bad" sounds too colloquial.

But I don't think all of the above are "stupid" either.

That's what you think but if you live part of the MTV generation when you combine my and bad together it means basically means "Sorry, my fault"

That would have been hard to take coming from Prime, at least he didn't say "Ow my f**kn foot!" of course I would have laughed my ass of
"...take it away but I want more and more, one day I'm gonna lose the war."
