TF2 Countdown Timer

Hey.

Can anyone else see the countdown timer at the Michael Bay homepage? I used to be able to see it, but it seems to have vanished for me. Also, none of the options on the side bar will appear until I mouse over them.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Is it just my internet explorer or what? Or is the site still being patched up a little bit?

Get RID OF INTERNET EXPLORER.

SAFARI is the best. I actually reads color profiles. It's available for both Mac and PC.

Aww Nelson dude, I have to disagree. Safari sucks for what I use it for at work.

So I use firefox at work and home (work=mac, home=pc) Stupid OSX keeps asking me to update Safari. I don't even use it...therefore it's annoying.

You can *always* disable the Safari update notification.

Firefox gets the job done for me. SInce I'm into photography and design, Safari exceeds my needs.

Actually, it hasn't popped up in a while...*shrug*

I do do photography at work (it's part of my requirement), but I don't work much with online photography or Web design (even though I do have to update our Web page from time to time...)

So I guess it all depends on what's required of the person.

Also considering all of the cool features it has (such as the Activity option found in the Window menu in the menu bar, that's my favorite feature). Internet Explorer is too glitchy.

Hold on, you called OSX stupid yet you are unaware that you can disable the software update to manual?

Go to System preferences, then click on "Software Update" and un-click "check for updates.

Hey, did you just call me stupid? I'm hurt dude....really hurt.

Actually, it's not just the OS that's stupid. This is a G4 (originally had OS9...well, still runs in classic but that's a LONG story) that I have to work on.

I'm hoping for a G5 or an iMac in the near future, but I'm not holding my breath.

Thanks for the tip. I only know how to do what I need to do. I don't bother with any of the software components.

Safari is a real speed demon! I've just downloaded the latest version and am having a spin with it. And yes I agree that Safari is really, really good at reading photos.
