Why is that?
Bay partially sold TF1 to the public saying that most CGI effects could have not been done two years ago.
CGI effects are evolving constantly – technically and visually.
Hell, even people at ILM needed Bay to tell them how the lighting reflects on a car…
A slight advancement is enough for Bay to publicly say that they will outperform themselves on that one, and that TF2 will look even better than TF1.
With this question, Bay could comment on it, without having to disinform anything related to TF2.
