does blockbuster sell dvd's?

im gonna buy the transformers movie 2007 dvd fa sho, but im wondeirng if blockbuster rental store "sells" any dvd's.- tell me what you think?

...but i gotta go there in the first day fast, if not blockbuster, then walmart. lots ppl planning to get the dvd i heard. cant wait, great job director Bay.

yes but blockbuster sells 'new' dvd's for like $6 more then normal....other retail stores will have it on sale too

First Job I had at 16 was for blockbuster. They do sell DVD's, but the new ones are almost 10 bux more than normal. Also though about 4 months after a movie comes out they put their PVTs (previously viewed tapes) on sale then about once every season they have a big ass sale. So find you a person who works there and you can get dvds for 97 cents a pop. When I worked there (even as an employee you got the buy 2 get 1 free thing) so I bought 2 at 97 cents each and got one free. I loaded up on tons of stuff special editions and all. I waled away from that job with about 500 new dvd's to my collection because if you want it you can get it from another store.

So find a friend who works there and you'll get the new dvd's cheaper and the previously viewed ones (which they buff good as new) for dirt cheap!

ALSO: Best Buy is the best place to buy new movies. You can buy two for 20 dollars generally. If its a new movie like with TF then BB will mostlikely have Battle for shaker heights, Disturbia, Bad Boys, and the rock that you can pick to add on to the dvd to get another one. 2x for 20 bux. You just have to get it within the first 2-3 days it comes out and they come out on tuesdays.

lotta nice ppl on the forums, i got better answers than expected.
i guess ill try bestbuy, ill see cuze blockbuster is rite on my way to home from school and ill check it out (probly will be pretty high) so ill probly go after bestbuy. thnx again.
