-Warzone sits in the desert, staring up into the sky. He had watched the spectacular display of firepower off in the distance which could only be a battle. Whether it was between the so-called Autobots and Decepticons, or even a struggle amongst themselves, he could not know. All he knew was that the concept of transformers being divided into two factions which were so different horrified them-

We were one race once, once but long ago. Now we are two, it seems - at least, for I as yet am neither...

-stares at his rusted body-

This chassis was forged long before most of those I encountered over the past few days even had their plans drawn up, much less the lengthily-obtained approval to actually have been built. I don't remember much of those times...but I remember were were one race.

The fragility of one is that it has the entropic potential of splitting into two, while the volatility of two is that it can never again become one without a great eradication of the other one...

-hides his face in his hands, the blue light of his eyes peeks through his fingers into the night air. His chassis quivers and shakes slightly, a robot's sobbing. He balls his fists, flakes of rust falling from his joints to the ground below-

Why does this fact bring such sadness to my spark? Such melancholy, such...depression...Why do I feel as if I failed somehow?

-Warzone looks around in ponderment and sees a nearby lake. Curious, he walks over and kneels at its edge. The reflection which assails his eyes is most unpleasant - no wonder his emergence was met with a combination of shock and fear. His former paintjob is almost indistinguishable beneath the scarrings of rust which flow over most of his chassis. The only places where his dark blue and dark gray colorings show with any strength are those formerly covered by his chains. The red symbol, which he does not remember, is, however, still prominently visible upon his forehead. It is the only marking upon his body. He stares at his massive hands and large, angular arms with their heavy armor plating. In fact, his entire body's plating is heavy armor which leaves very few weakspots.-


Maybe that Shadow robot was right about one thing - it does appear that I have a body built for war, and my name is Warzone. That much I do remember. Yet if I am built for war, as he certainly is, then why do I feel uneasy in his presence? His power levels as I can judge them without all of my systems functioning are not overly threatening to my own, and if what he says is true...that he and I are supposed to be of the same allegiance, the feeling is even more confusing.

-sighs, grumbling-

She would know. She knows who I am, but she also knows that I have to rediscover my identity for myself in order to become fully assured that I am who I am and not who another told me I was. She is not here at the moment though...

As he comes closer to an oncoming canyon, he spots a towering hunk of metal moving ever so slowly across the desert. In fascination, he does a 270 and heads in that direction slowing in speed as he gets closer. * My God, what is that thing.. it looks.. like.. a robot.. but is it... Autobot? Decepticon? No.. wait.. theres a symbol there.. but.. what in the world does it mean? It sort of reminds me of.. oh what text book was that.. gahh.. I know it was from ancient teachings.. looks.. sort of like.. a Sentinel marking? nahh.. that can't be, their all gone.. but if thats the case.. what can it be? *Turns off his headlights and stops the engine to just watch in fascination as he notices the Huge lunk of metal trudge towards the land of desperation and known sitings of Decepticons* Hope this guy isn't a Decepticon, cuz if thats the case, heaven help Earth.

*As he's being fired upon, thoughts race through his mind... How in the world was it a drone when it was the only thing in the sky??? Also how am I being fired upon when I'm undercover of a rock covering, shielded by the mountainside...... Nevertheless, sees the oncoming blasts and backs up further into the cave. The shots hit the entrance to the cave which encloses him in the cave. Turns on his lights to see around him and notices some strange markings on the wall. Transforms into robot mode to take a better look around*

*Looks at the pictures that show humanoid figures looking up at the sky. It appears as if theres a light that comes from the sky, and then figures fall out of the sky. Figures with huge spear like things mounted on their shoulders.*

"Could they be the ancients from Cybertron? Is it possible that this is not the first time that Cybertronians have entered Earths' atmosphere???? "

*Keeps looking at the drawings and notices what looks like one of the sky figures handing something to a caveman which shines. Looks as if there were at least 3 figures from the sky who shortly after their arrival, but then left. But what is this, it looks as if there was another tribe who captured one of the figures.*

"I wonder what they all were doing here, and what was that object? And why was one of them captured???"

*Keeps looking at the figures and notices a symbol in the midst of it all..*

"I've seen this symbol.. where was it? Thats right! It was on that rust bucket wandering thru the desert"

*Transforms back into vehicle mode and goes back further into the cave. Stops where theres a hole in the wall. Transforms into robot mode and reaches into the hole to pull out a chest.*

"Hmm.. this is a weird box.. looks.. different.. and.. hmm.. its got that same symbol on it again... Wonder if I can open it"

*Tries to open it using every method he can think of.. banging it, shooting it, tries to pick the lock.. nothing opens it*

"Seems as if this is some special type of coded box that can be only opened by whoever holds a code for it.. I wonder if that rustbucket knows what to do with it.. then again.. maybe I should hold on to it.. it could be something valuable.. I'll have to hide it in a place nobody will ever find it .."

*Secretly stashes it away. *
