Nice.. but gotta wonder about the outfits. Is it for a possible upcoming movie? Otherwise the only helmet I've seen so far with the faceshield is a collectable helmet that stores your Halo video games at a local video game store. I think it was Gamestop.

Yea they definitely want it done, but is it just me or does anyone else here remember the thing about getting this shelved or scrapped. Mainly because I thought Jackson wanted to do a Halo Game himself instead of a film. He wants to tell a new halo story in the form of a game.

I hope I'm not the only one who remembers hearing this. I'll try to find a link online.

This movie is shelved for now. The preproduction costs got way to expensive and the 2 studios backing pulled out. It was also rumored that the studios didn't trust the guy Jackson chose to direct. They weren't confident in his abilities. though thats all just rumor and speculation.

Ultimately the original script got thrown out and the movie was back to pretty much square one.

This movie will be made. No doubt about it. Just a matter of when. But WETA would NEVER show a suit if they even had one made.

Yeah, I knew about Halo being halted, and the whole Blomkamp situation.

Just not a fan of Halo to care enough to talk about it.

I did visit these dudes' site (405th), and what they are doing is pretty cool though, albeit time intensive. Pepakura (paper folding) to make the suit molds, and the gold visor lens is made from motorcycle lenses, etc.
